We ban specific things: Anything that is directed against another member Anything directed against a narcissistic person that crosses a line Where that line lies is a tough decision that has been the subject of a lot of debate. We've decided that slut shaming is across the line. Calling someone dickless / a pussy / etc would also be over the line, although I can't recall a time when it's come up. I'd like to address this some: Any post advocating violence or criminal acts against anyone, male or female, narcissistic or not, is going to get removed. Looking at the moderation log, in the first page only we've removed four posts about male narcissists. And looking at the front page of the sub, it's overwhelmingly posts about narcissistic mothers.
