1	Crazy double standard at urologist It not working, having one of the side effects happen, an upset spouse (just because itll never work doesnt mean it wouldnt be annoying and time consuming, people male frivolous law suits all the time). I feel though If an adult wants it done I have no issue, but cases where it is a medically necessary procedure number fewer than cases where the procedure is botched. I also feel the "my parents can choose for me" argument is not very good one. We dont let parents choose if their new born should have a tattoo or drink liquor. 6	Teaching Boys Consent Is Hypocritical Until We End Infant Circumcision It's a (almost always) medically unnecessary cosmetic procedure that, on top of occasionally having such effects as removal of the entire penis if botched bad enough, has many negative effects such as massively decreased sensitivity, irreversible damage to the area, and just the general pain it causes the child but no positive effects (except for very very rarely) and is typically done either because religion or "so he will look like dad".
