1	How can I get over my bad skin/blackheads? Ruining my confidence. Blackheads you can pinch out or use blackhead removing strips (best after scrubbing w hot water). I battled w cystic acne vulgaris for years and even still my back is awful. A lot of guys on steroids forums use dish soap and seem to feel this clears them up nicely (steroids = oilier skin).
