Its not because woman are better in the courts eye, its that men will pay child support and alimony which the court gets a cut of for the next few decades. The woman wont earn money for the court to pocket but the man will either voluntarily pay or go to jail for slave labor involuntarily, either way the court gets its revenue stream from men not women.
