I'm guessing you're talking about earned income credit and child tax credit. Everyone gets those unless their income is too high. I'm not sure what kind of picture that anecdote was supposed to paint but it seems kind of irrelevant to your situation. You shouldn't allow her to move your son out of his home without a legal fight, especially if you feel like she is potentially dangerous to him. Is she a special needs person or just someone who lacks enough sense and maturity to be considered responsible?
