1	Settlement agreement I’m currently thinking of making a notarized agreement about our understanding that this is gonna be a full and final settlement and that we both don’t want any spousal support and property division. 1	Settlement agreement Thanks. The reason I asked this question here is because I’m already aware of things that can go wrong and therefore I’m seeking ways to mitigate that. 1	Settlement agreement That’s really the return to what she invested with me here. She is relocating without taking anything from home. Our community property is still much more than half of what she is taking from me now.
