1	Help! I'm losing my abundance mentality, my self esteem is slowly going down and I seem to lose my game. Meeting people, new or old, is a good thing in itself. We cannot be happy without others. Being sociable should actually help your outlook by making you more happy and therefore carefree. Get fit, reduce facebook time and increase facetime with friends, eat well and reduce the booze, do hobby stuff you enjoy to counteract the less than ideal job and get enough rest. Doing all six should help your mood and then make other aspects of your life better, although not enjoying your job is a big issue. I know the feeling fwiw, very much so. 2	Shame of showing a sexual side. You've got some downvotes because reddit is not a place where challenging the orthodoxy is appreciated, but I think your post is very interesting.
