Feel like "On War" by Clausewitz is missing, and it could easily replace "The Art of War". Otherwise great list.

People say "Just be yourself", when what they really should be saying is "Be the best version of you that you can be".

Another good alternative to NoFap is NoPorn, aka you can fap, but you have to use your imagination. This essentially turns fapping into a visualization exercise, making you want the real thing even more, while enjoying the benefits beating it.

Agreed, and since you mention AlphaDestiny; Traps. Not as important as neck, but a close 2nd in this category. The simple fact that your shirt will sit higher and your neck is wider will make you look quite big in clothing, without resorting to going a size too small. Anecdotally, the only nattys I see with big necks are guys who tense their neck crazy and look up while dead lifting, so yeah not too many ppl train it. I see wider necks going to a concert with a bunch of metalheads from all the h…

That graph only spans 10% though, I'll agree its significant, and enough to push unstable relationships off the edge, but I doubt it makes as big a dent in divorces relative to something like the husband leaving/getting fired from a high paying job. Anecdotally, quite a number of relationships ends after the kids leave, because a couple suddenly actually spends time together alone and realize they don't know each other anymore.

They are doing the exact same thing to anyone Conservative, really. Looking at the leaked emails from the Clinton camp, Alphabet, Google and Youtubes parent company, is more than happy to "assist" in any left-wing female-centric endeavor. Anywhere from hiding comments, delaying inbox arrival, soft-shadowbanning, throttling, you name it, they do it. Nothing can be done about it, its gonna continue to deteriorate until it gets so bad that enough ppl up and leave and a new service with "free speech…

Another handy rule of thumb to save time is that while both men and women work on a point system, for the woman everything is 1 point. Silly note on fridge - 1 point A few moments of your valuble time - 1 point New car - 1 point You get the point. What we men value as intensity, and what women value as intensity are different, and you should use this to your advantage. In a LTR it also significantly reduced the frequency of the "but what have you done for me lately?" variant of shit test. Just d…

"as a symbol of "bull market": share prices rising, generalized optimism, prosperity for all" Quick, we need something to counteract and be the opposite to this. - Feminists Logic. You are right, they DID hit the symbolism on the head. No fun allowed, no progress allowed, don't you dare inject capital into growing companies without MY permission. Bow down and kiss the ring, and I'll allow you SOME of the freedoms you used to enjoy.

I mean the real problem is that China "cheated" their way into NAFTA using Mexico as a proxy.

Anyone claiming they have bad genetics needs to watch the movie "Gattica". That goes doubly for the ppl on this subreddit. Plenty will whine about bad genetics, everything from big boned to short, some complaints more valid than others. You know what I say: Yea I might be 6'2 in burger units, but having a Jason Statham hairline at 15 years old plus violent ketosis pilaris on my forarms dosnt exactly do ones confidence and ego any good. You gotta learn to play the hand you've been dealt. Incident…

A good way to stay motivated is to measure your weight AND waist once weekly. My brother plateaued on weight loss for 3 weeks, but his waist shrunk 1 cm each of those weeks, giving him enough assurance to push through it. Now he's loosing mass again.

Tell me about it. I've been there, so have most everyone else here. Im just throwing some practical applicable advice your way. I can also echo the sentiment from others that in the long run you need to define your happiness from within, not from how other ppl feel about you. I think the best advice comes from Chumbawamba I'm serious about wanting a post about venture capitalism and how to get into it, by the way!

Put the bottle down, and sleep it out. The more you drink the harder its gonna be when you go lift tomorrow ;). And you should go lift. Make some new friends at the gym while you are there. Then once you are feeling a bit more stable, take GLOs advise and write a post for TRP. Im dying to learn more about venture capitalism, and how to manage a fund already!.

While I completely agree, I think the point OP is trying to make is that women, especially western, are vastly over represented in the category of ppl who talk almost exclusively vapid irrelevant drivel.

Used contacts till my vision stabilized and was no longer degrading, then got LASIK. A week later I had to be reminded I ever wore glasses in the first place. I highly recommend it, not just for the reasons OP mentioned, but also for practical purposes. Contacts will add up to be more expensive over the years, it frees a minute or 2 in your daily routine that you can replace with push-ups. Camping is alot more enjoyable. And if you have glasses and not contacts, you get your peripheral vision ba…

I'd also like to add that these "reseachers" where apparently surprised that the year iOS2 launched and introduced the app store, 1 year after the first iPhone came out, there was a surge in the amount of pics uploaded to social media. "we put cameras and internet access in everyones pocket and now there are more pictures than previously, we dont understand it!. Must be a frail male ego thing."- tl:dr of the entire study. Incompetent researchers are incompetent.

If you live in a fancy expensive european country, Aliexpress.com is an excellent place to get decent threads on the cheap, including tailored suits. Just beware the import tax should it get caught in customs.

F*** what the doctors say!... I aint saying go out and run a marathon the day after you break your leg, but even Christopher Reeve learned how to use his finger, and more even after doctors said it would NEVER happen. How long did doctors give Stephen Hawking? 2 years... 2 years left to live!... when did they give him 2 years? 1963. Beat the doctors expectations, by alot, by a mile even.

Not sure how you guys NHS stuff works, but I guess just contact your doctor and fake it a little, say youve been feeling like you have no energy, or have head rushes often when standing up too quick (low iron causes that one). And with references to being a vegan, request an extended general health check with specific focus on if you lack iron, creatine or a specific amino acid (likely lysine if you are full on vegan). I mean, what are they gonna do?, risk vegans randomly pass out behind the whe…

If you are otherwise healthy yea you are entirely right. The "ethyl ester" or "citrullate" and so on is just the assisting, often inert drug that helps the creatine cross the stomach/blood barrier. The practical differences it makes in transfer rates is so low it literally makes no difference. However, those assisting drugs still need to be broken down in the liver and pissed out. If you are on blood-pressure this drug, and painkiller that drug so on and so forth, Id sure as shit cycle the diffe…

Go to a lab/ doctor and get blood samples taken and request a copy of the results and you can see if you lack creatine (or anything else, good idea for a vegetarian to keep track of in general) and exactly how much you lack, if any. My coach made the entire swim team go do this, told those with too low creatine in their blood to take supplements. Made a measurable improvement in those guys. Some wiseguy with great natural levels of creatine started taking the supplement anyway, cus more = better…
