85 is the average for the American black. Half being lower and half being higher. In contrast white Americans average iq is 100 and a particular type of Jew has an average of 115 ( the highest average tested) hence the above average accounting of noble awards

Hold back? I seriously doubt it. They are way too narcissistic to think a man can beat them. I do jujitsu and recently rolled with a woman who's conditioning was amazing, she does cross fit 3 times a week and is in fabulous shape. My cardio wasn't close to her's. I however absolutely dominated her with little effort. She had almost zero chance of winning. I had many of the same symptoms in my 30's. Terrible fatigue and inflammation that actually caused joint dislocation during jiu jitsu. Doctor's basically said nothing was wrong etc. I ended up cutting sugar and refined carbs completely out of my diet. No breads, pasta, rice or refined sugar at all.
