I bet 90% or more of people in jail or prison need rehab or psychological help with or w/o medications. There's basically none of that to rehabilitate people who commit crimes. Poverty, and the sub-human existence ex-cons live with scarred backgrounds, and the screening used to discriminate for a variety of occupations keep them from being a productive member of society is a major problem that's not dealt with seriously.

Yes. Why is this? Stats that are fixed to fit the desired results? Why not just include equal male and female perspectives algorithmically with relevant variables, not a bias to shut men down. Equal - we're all human beings. Division creates unnecessary drama, and it's not constructive. Consider this is only my opinion, and I'm all for equality.

Don't be dependent on others for your self worth, because how you feel is rooted in self-worth. Read that again. Live it, learn it, love it. Love yourself.

Because it doesn't exist. I lived with an abusive woman for 5 years, and I ended up with 3 assault charges by defending myself. The bias in court ruined my life, as well as the relationship.

Happened to me, ruined my career. The preconceived notion of what happened was heavy in court. Women's resources outweigh men's by far, and they even coach women on what to say to shift the blame. You're going to lose. I'm sorry. It's the climate you're in currently.

Equal opportunity employment is merit-based by design. Many believe that it means equal numbers of race, sex, religion, etc, will be hired, however, it only outlines that potential employees cannot be subject to discrimination according to race, sex, religion, etc.
