1	[help] How do you beautify your living space? I completely agree with you about the show and the book. The show is great to watch when you need a pick-me-up or to have on in the background as motivation to clean. The book, however, goes into far more detail and has fantastic tips. I love collecting memories, little knick-knacks, photos, you name it. Having them in cute boxes makes my space look so much better, and helps keeps everything cleaner and last longer. 1	Gratitude: What are you thankful for? Ahh congratulations!! I moved last year from a place that was decent, served its purpose, and certainly had nothing wrong with it - but it was noisy and not at all appealing. I am now in a place with big windows that let in sunlight, it is quieter, the ceilings are higher so it feels open, and I don't have to walk a long way–or outside–to my parking spot. 4	Orderliness & Emotional Support Get your thyroid checked out! It might not be the cause, but being cold all the time in addition to the other things you mentioned are classic symptoms of your thyroid needing some attention.
