I’m torn. I don’t think needing space and quiet is either LVM or HVM behavior, what makes it LV or HV is all about how someone handles that situation. I’m extremely introverted and I need my own space and quiet when I am overwhelmed or upset, so I understand where that desire comes from. Needing space and quiet to “go through something” can be genuine, but a HVM/HVW would communicate that upfront. I have a line in my bio “the grandma in my friend group” because I have a lot of “grandma” hobbies (needlepoint, crochet, gardening, genealogy, etc) which have become a running joke among my friends. So that part really isn’t quite as bad as it sounded!
