"I don't have time" fuck you dont. My lifting takes 40 minutes, call it an hour with driving there and back, that's it. This. People try to make things so complicated that they never get started. Even just focusing on 4-5 compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press, pullups) 3-4 times a week it would make a huge difference.
