There are many foods that will help your body produce dopamine, it is also very important to ingest increased amounts of antioxidants, and avoid refined and processed foods. Exercise and sleep well. Because your brain starts asking for more and you lose focus. I recommend reading the book Mastery or 50th law chapter Mastery, to overcome this kind of issues. 1	Once the opener has happened, i am having a hard time transitioning into the conversation. its the next thing i say i find i am bad at. From both, experience and reading. It goes perfect and it only add a couple of minutes to the interaction. From my point of view she has done nothing to win a compliment from a stranger, and i always frame it like she has to show something more than her looks to win interest.
