I know at first glance it’s like “how would it decrease the length?” Theres a couple different factors. For one, if too much skin is removed, the penis kinda gets trapped by the skin and doesn’t have room to grow during puberty. Another reason is that circumcision removes many of the blood vessels so you’re not able to get the proper blood flow which can also stunt growth (as well as the ability to get proper erections, unsurprisingly).
