Remember, male therapists aren't necessarily more red pill than female therapists. In many ways, the parts of TRP that are true (at least IMHO) are easier to accept for most women than men, as long as you phrase them non-offensively. Others on here have talked about this experiences too.

As far as I can tell, TRP doesn't try to change the world for better, they just try to exploit the fucked up status quo to their advantage. They often go overboard, generalizing from a certain group of women to all women etc.. Some useful insights can be found here, but IMHO the majority is pretty misguided.

Everyone deserves equal rights. In the UK, if you said you were anti-feminism you would probably be perceived as a bit bigoted.
