Dude I’m a total introvert as well. The information era has made my life so easy. I get to lift weights while listening to podcasts and my favorite literature at my own leisure. I can stay on my own diet my own way without any criticism. When I actually do want to get laid, I can do so at my own leisure. If you’re lifting, bulking, and know how to hold a conversation, then there really shouldn’t be any trouble. Anxiety just means you’re doing something wrong dude
