Doesn't get much simpler, quicker and healthier than fish fillets. I buy the 4lb bags of individually sealed frozen tilapia from wal-mart. Thaw in the fridge overnight then saute in olive oil for 3 minutes each side. Then you can serve them in a variety of ways, a favorite of mine is to cut into chunks and make fish tacos with corn tortillas, thin sliced cabbage and pico de gallo. Avocados are also a staple for me, they contain healthy fats and are the most delicious food on the planet.

It's movie, not a show, but I just watched Mike Judge's Extract the other day and would recommend it. Netflix recently put out a Wet Hot American Summer prequel as a miniseries, but it's sure to be a love it or hate it type thing, like the original film. Other than that, I'm at a loss; outside of NFL season it's hard to find much on TV for me so I just watch blu-rays/DVDs.

Think about the various companies that provide the infrastructure (hardware, software, services) that you use as an RN in your day to day work. Use your intimate knowledge of these things to either build your own business to compete with these providers or to find a position developing, selling or servicing one of these products or services. Easier said than done, I know, but that is one way to make use of all your time and effort you've spent in your field while taking a different path.

Yeah, the polyamory thing seems like redefining friendship to be an obligation to be at the mercy of the same type of emotional blackmail you receive in a romantic relationship, with essentially none of the benefits.
