I just wrote what I was thinking, and it helped me calm down for now. I know this is incoherent as hell. I’ve never written anything this crazy, but writing about your problems does actually help people. I did write with another goal in mind, though. That is that I would like some help. “Chill out” or “smoke a joint” is not helpful. If only I could choose to, right?
