From a technical standpoint, this is correct. Morally, its fucked, but technically it is correct. Now everyone can have a chance at producing offspring, whereas before, it was only the genetically superior. This is leading to a downtrend in the genetic quality of humans, in my opinion, but I'm fairly certain that it's the case, and that there is some kind of research to back it up. It's super fucked up to say, but unfortunately, from a scientific standpoint, it is correct.
