What's funny about that? Would you be laughing if the genders were reversed in their statement?

Umm well, they do make post after post about abortion as being an inalienable right specifically for women only, and any proposed limits on abortion as being threats to their bodily autonomy, while disregarding the right to life and the separate bodily autonomy of the infant humans they're allowed to kill out of convenience. If women can physically abort, why can't men financially abort?

I was responding to your blanket-sounding statement that "women look after their kids". You didn't mention men. Of course I with men looked after their kids. I wish all parents looked after the most vulnerable and innocent members of our species.

"Because the majority of sexual assaults are committed by men." Hmmm, are you absolutely sure? I've certainly had my ass and crotch grabbed by different random women many times while out clubbing and I've never done it to women without consent. Maybe men are just accused of it and convicted of it more than women are because men know how biased against them the police and courts are so don't bother reporting it, I know I certainly haven't reported it 🤔 "In 2011 the CDC reported results from the N…

"In 2011 the CDC reported results from the National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey (NISVS), one of the most comprehensive surveys of sexual victimization conducted in the United States to date. The survey found that men and women had a similar prevalence of nonconsensual sex in the previous 12 months (1.270 million women and 1.267 million men). This remarkable finding challenges stereotypical assumptions about the gender of victims of sexual violence." https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/a…

Men talk about actual violence and crimes committed against them by partners, but in public discourse it is most often minimised or shot down, in this very subreddit too.

You've never heard of Erin Pizzey?! She was a feminist pioneer! But she became persona non grata after having the audacity to rightly point out that women are often abusive to their partners and children too, shock horror. Just Google "Erin Pizzey death threats" and plenty of sources come up which can be read at your leisure. Patently false. Erin Pizzey, who set up the first women and children's domestic violence refuge in Chiswick, UK, in 1971 attempted to set up a men's DV refuge after she determined that women could be just as abusive as men and was met with insane levels of pushback from crazed feminist loons to the point she had to abandon the project. To stop the men's refuge going ahead, violent feminists sent her many death and mail bomb threats, to the point that local police had to screen all of her incomin…

Throughout my schooling it was always the girls that produced a ranked list of boys by attractiveness every year. As we got into later schooling, they even did the same with dick size. Women have also been falsely accusing men and people they don't like for many centuries too, just look at the Salem witch trials and lynchings of black men who women accused of raping them. Must just be their nature 💅💃☕

Have you thought that maybe the reason the conviction rate is low is because the claims of that particular crime being committed are most often baseless? Or at least the claims don't fall under the sentencing criteria for a supposed crime to have been committed in the eyes of the law? Why don't claims of B+E or attempted murder get disproven as false as much as SA or rape?

Why would a higher rate of conviction of alleged rapists be seen as progress? Some studies have found that false allegations are as high as 30% provably false. Should more innocent men go to prison to make women feel like the courts take rape seriously enough?

Lol, noooo those acronyms do no help at all to men, women either when it boils down to it. They're purposefully designed to, amongst other things, diminish masculinity wholesale across the West. The official definitions do not even scrape the surface of their true, fully realised purposes or the damage they have caused to the societal fabric. They are demented ideologies.

This is probably the safest time to exist per capita than in the entirety of human existence. Just because the 24hr news cycle drums on constantly about wars and conflicts for views and clicks doesn't mean we as a global society are anywhere near to being in times of war like in the first half of the 1900s I didn't say women prefer less peace, they are at least equally warfaring rulers throughout history

The whole 1 in 4 women getting SA'd in college statistic is mostly because they included unwanted romantic advances to pad it out to seem like SA is more of an epidemic than it is. And that statistic has since gone global, informed many Western governments' policy making and is so ingrained it is seen as a self evident truth. Now men looking in livestreaming women's general direction at the gym are recorded, plastered over the internet and forever labelled as creeps/potential predators.

Feminism already gained all the rights for women necessary for equality. It keeps moving the goalposts to remain relevant where now add-on privileges get renamed as rights to seek out. Notice how everything is about pushing for equity now instead of the more laudable, and realistic, equality? Which has already been achieved, and surpassed - where women in the West have more rights under law than men. Universal equity will be a hell scape that there would probably be no recovery from.

What's the risk of meeting in public? Both parties risk having an uncomfortable time. Men are more likely to incur violent assault in public. You're assuming he wants to fuck you more than you do. If men stopped asking out women on dates then that would spell the end of the human race. Women aren't just gonna up and start asking men out if men stop doing it. Governments would have to partner people up or mandate pregnancy/surrogacy or something to fill the void.

Hard disagree. Women can play videogames streaming on Twitch a few hours a day and rake in $1-$10k a week. Also, in regards to more 'physical' work in traditionally male-dominated industries - there has been a big push to attract more female candidates in areas like policing, fire and rescue, construction and mining, especially in Australia. And this doesn't even touch on the huge push to hire women in STEM - basically if you have the required qualification and you're a woman you can get the job…

You're also assuming it's shallow reasons why an older man would pursue a ~20yo woman. What if she's not traditionally good looking but brings other attractive traits to the relationship? Also you presume the man would always pursue the woman in this scenario.

I thought it was just a bundle of cells though... So it becomes a baby when you're using its parentage as a means to keep the man in the picture and attached/supportive of you? Damn this is confusing, like Schrodinger's Bundle of Cells. 50/50 whether it's a baby or a cell bundle. Or like the double slit experiment. If a feminist or pro choice activist looks at the sonogram (it's observed) then it's a bundle of cells. If no-one looks at it (no observer) it's a young developing baby as common sens…

Those "studies" have their conclusions ready before collating data. If the data disproves the desired outcome, which it very often does - or the conclusions derived are more nuanced - the data is manipulated or the samples are narrowed, and "outliers" dismissed, to represent only data that confirms the 'researchers' hypotheses. The agencies responsible for producing those studies rely on maintaining the status quo to justify their continued existence and funding.

Learn to love yourself dude. If your girlfriend cheated on you she's a morally deficient cunt and you need to leave her, especially if you feel so badly as a result. You should also tell her she's a morally deficient cunt and that cheating can never be justified.

I find these stories way too common from guys I know personally and acquaintances. I've heard that custody lawyers in Australia even suggest pursuing these kinds of accusations in court to women they're representing. There's a friggen industry built on this crap. Many industries actually!

Wow, I'm in a pretty bad mood, and hungover - which probably has lot to do with how I'm feeling. Though, even in my current state I'm not so pessimistic as to fall into believing your diatribe as valid. I've found that girls who want to date me exclusively actually value not just the physicality of our time together but my company, attitude, personality and humour, it's seemed more like an instant-best-friend kind of scenario, but a best friend that you also fuck - and the sex seems more like a …

When, exactly, does it become a baby human? Upon leaving the womb? Naturally or via cesarean or does it not matter? What about premature births that require months, sometimes as much as 3, of ICU neonatal care? Since these premies are technically less viable (and kept basically in medically contrived wombs) than babies born at full term does that make them less valuable? Does the fetus become a baby when it first breaches into air or only when it's fully emerged? Can you kill/abort a baby when t…

Why is it seen as more heinous a crime if a pregnant woman is murdered compared to a non pregnant woman? Is it less of an appalling crime to kick a pregnant woman in the stomach if she was on her way to get an abortion? By your logic, the value of the life growing inside the woman is ascribed by the individual woman, and not from its inherent value as a very young human.

It's an insanely small minority of men who would "crave" violence against women. Most men are instinctually hardwired to want to protect and please women and children.

No, you should call yourself an egalitarian, that seems more accurate. Feminism isn't about wanting equality for men and boys too.

You're a feminist because you love your husband's very traditional role, that seems to completely fly in the face of modern feminism's claims of wanting to dissolve traditional gender roles. As a feminist, would you be attracted to him if he was shorter than you, weighed less, cried a lot and aspired to be a stay at home dad?

I once went on a date with a chick I met on a train a few weeks prior. She seemed fine, but a little outspoken - we met because she was very audibly spouting stuff about guys being dickheads and I interjected, much to the relief of other passengers since she was making a bit of a scene and I brought comms down to an acceptable volume. I don't usually ever buy drinks for dates unless it's been established that we take turns getting rounds. But she was a hottie and I was feeling generous and adven…

Lol no, not as I understand it. He sounds also like he has a superiority complex and wishes for a time machine back to the 1950's. Red pill is very much about a realistic view of modern gender relations and how to maximize men's successes within the dating/relationship market. A lot of it is about improving oneself to seem a more attractive dating/LTR candidate to women. And a great, and probably more important and life affirming aspect of a lot of the self improvement stuff, is that many other …

I've noticed this a lot with women on Tinder especially who say things like: "Guys with muscles and tattoos to the front of the queue", or have any minimum height requirement stipulations. You can just tell they want a guy who can also function as physically manifested class symbol or that the guy's fashion/aesthetic will mesh and amplify with their own if they're also tatted/muscled/hipster/alt or whatever look they've decided to adopt as being an accurate representation of the 'unique' person …

And it's weird that feminists keep spouting this idea that it's men who always push for choking, rough sex, etc like you see in hardcore porn. The majority of women I've been with have been way kinkier than me and asked to be choked/spanked/tied up etc. Women have r@pe fantasies in way higher percentages than men and are 99% consumers of books like Fifty Shades of Grey which are basically just hardcore porn on paper/eReaders. I can't imagine that steamy scenarios in popular 'romance' fiction inv…

Not arguing in the legal context here, just an interesting titbit on the genders' views of the crimes. An interesting study result I read a while ago with the question posed was whether men and women would prefer to be raped or have their leg broken, or arm I forget which. The majority of women answered that they'd prefer to be raped and men that they'd prefer to have their leg broken. As a man I agree that I'd prefer the latter. But maybe the study actually also shows the disparity on how extre…

20k isn't that much compared to what a lot of fathers spend trying to secure at least some visitation rights with their children. The men oftentimes pay for the mother's attorneys too so the vindictive harpies and money grubbing lawyers can drag it out as long as possible to eke as much perceived retribution and sorrow out of the father as possible.

They certainly can, and still do, when the husband/partner is a pacifist or is just plain scared of the full force of the law and family court system coming down on him if he so much as raises a hand in defense. There's many cases of women harming themselves even to garner sympathies from the law and higher standing in custody/divorce cases. Or even just plain fabricating instances of assault on her or their children. It's a rampant issue and plenty of cops and family court lawyers have spoken o…
