Just take a really long time to reply, and then when you do, just say something short like “yeah that sucks.” She’ll get the point

Nah you’re not a loser that was excessive. My serious advice is to text for logistics only from here on out and you’ll be good. Don’t worry about making jokes or flirting, do that in person

Interesting take. Where do you think are some good places to find more modest women? It seems like these days that type is becoming rarer and rarer, and pretty much any girl you meet at a bar or club is likely gonna be more promiscuous.

I like it. Thanks

You have to WANT to do it, like a quarterback WANTS to go in and get the opportunity to win the game. You live for the chance to get the opportunity to meet that hot girl and make your impression on her.

I think you misread. You should be a cocky son of a bitch, so cocky that women perceive your SMV to be higher than it actually is.

Tbh if you read the sidebar, if anything, your SMV should be lower than you perceive it. That’s the sort of confidence you need when approaching women.

You need to prove yourself and make accomplishments post getting caught. They will naturally see the best in you eventually. If you are truly off the drugs and motivated it will happen naturally. Just give it time. I know you said you haven’t done drugs since then so props to that. Seems fun and a good way to make friends but they fuck your life up and weaken your character.

Start making the most of the conversations. Flirt with the sister here and there, but playfully. See how quickly these “girl talks” stop happening. You also need to start being more authoritative in the relationship. There should be an activity in mind when you’re hanging out. If she’s watching sex and the city when you get there let her finish the episode (bc you’re not petty) then “ok, let’s go.”

Hot take: the “work friend” is the LTR from your last post that you caught her texting

So you rely on substances to get with girls? a) BETA b) Sounds like you have some inner insecurities you need to work out. Read the sidebar and go to the gym to boost confidence.

Lots of people talking shit here I feel bad that this happened, but could easily see it happening to myself too. Although it may stem from some of your insecurities, you have the respect for yourself that you stood your ground over it. You put textbook TRP principles into practice by doing what you did. Any relationship that makes you compromise on your morals is not worth it. With that being said, I would say there’s a 50% chance she comes back apologizing, 50% chance it’s over. You know her fr…

Imo when you show a girl this level of commitment to fucking her, i.e., going so far as to take a flight to see her, she notices that and is using it for her own self esteem, and probably won’t fuck you when it’s all said and done. I’ve seen this happen when a girl bought a ticket to visit my friend for a weekend. He thought she wanted to fuck but actually she just wasted his time as he entertained her and she ended up flirting with his friends.

I'm not talking to her until she reaches out. And even then I've decided we're gonna break up, it's just a matter of officially saying it. In the meantime I have a date tomorrow

I don’t think it has anything to do with you. It’s a red flag that she still has drama with her ex. Coming from experience, baggage is an automatic disqualifier for a potential gf. And for some reason girls are afraid of fucking new guys vs if they have the chance to hit up ole reliable

Wow, yeah you’re probably right. I think the relationship has run its course at this point. I’ll find other girls, I’m a bartender in a big city so I got to practice all the time even when I was in the relationship. Plus I’m moving in ~3 months so this was bound to happen eventually. It just sucks, I acted like I wasn’t hurt to her face but deep down it definitely stings. First gf ever, first breakup ever. Whatever, all things happen for a reason and I’ve learned a lot of lessons from the relati…

Well the “I’ll think about it” is in the context of her asking me earlier in the week over the phone if I wanted to go to a bday party that Saturday. I said I’ll see how I feel when I get off work. Then when I got off work I said I wasn’t down to go which is what upset her

Thanks for the advice man, I appreciate it. Definitely won’t talk to her until she reaches out. Just gotta take this “break” for myself too to figure out if all of this is worth it, especially when I’m moving soon.

I’m 22 and in college graduating in May, she’s 23 and lives in the local area, went to community college but that’s it. She’s my first girlfriend which I why I’m so attached I guess but I try to not show it in these sorts of arguments. Maybe deep down she knows I’m leaving the area soon after I graduate? I won’t back down and I told her everything is a result of her actions and not mine. Deep down I hope she reaches out to apologize but I have big things happening in my life like finding a job, …
