Start by just breathing in and out. Then get out of bed. You are worth it. Exercise even if just a bit. pick one thing easy and fix it. Repeat till it becomes second nature and the difficult become easy. No one gives you you're self worth. It is yours. Though I do not know you, you are important.

Scientific experiments like these should be taken with a huge grain of salt. Until it can be duplicated by other researchers with varying subjects with the same outcome it is nothing but an anomaly. The only reason to conduct such a test would be with the goal to bash masculinity. A very popular endeavor these days.

HOLY F***! I just want to seem societal expectations burn to the ground when I read this stuff. In the reverse the author would be persecuted until death.

Seriously good stuff in here I had not thought of, even if it is meant to be "entertainment".

Yes. There was a huge fallout with everyone. Mother was pissed Father was pissed. was the best thing that happened to me though. My grades went up. I was happier and I finally had a male who understood and had walked the same road i had. The whole process of getting guardian ship and everyone accepting really didn't cool down till I graduated high school and they could visibly see the change within me. I owe my uncle a lot. He put up with the "Why you?" questions for a long time.

I have had my kids. And now want nothing to do with women at all. My end game is to wake up responsible and accountable to only myself. Marriage is a shame. I know because I am in one (for now).

I am married. Two kids. 4 years before they are 18. I "woke" to MGTOW about two years ago when life started to reveal itself to me. I began recognizing the shit storms and tests and noticed my spouse get "privileged" and I started to feel more like a handy man and an ATM. I am quietly trying to plan my escape with as little financial damage as possible in 5 years. Yes, I am cutting women out but I have to be patient and methodical.

I ran away from home at age 16 to move in with my paternal uncle 400 miles away. I was probably suicidal at the time looking back. I literally came home from my father's house "weekend visit" and thought "Fuck this shit I'm out." And drove 385 west to my father's brother's house. Arrived at about 3 a.m. and slept in drive way till the sunrise and he found me out there.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
