Zimmerman approached him and asked what he was doing. Martin ran off, and then returned to the area to assault Zimmerman. Approaching someone is not a crime. Assault is.

Scaring someone is not legal grounds for assault. Furthermore, read up on the case. Martin ran, then came back and began assaulting Zimmerman as he was returning to his truck. Furthermore, walking up to someone and asking what they are doing is not stalking. Yes, he would have been thrown in jail for shooting Zimmerman unprovoked, if it could be proved.

If you find me a law that states that assault is justified after the fact because someone exaggerated the report of it, I'll concede that it's relevant. However, such conjecture is irrelevant to a court of law, which ideally operates on FACTUAL EVIDENCE.

Assault is assault, regardless. People have died from a single blow to the head. Self defense with a firearm is a legal and justifiable response to being assaulted. Sorry this ain't the animal kingdom mate, you don't get to strut around and fluff your feathers and butt heads for mating rights.

Look friend, women as a vast majority are incapable of being qualified to be soldiers, and even the .1% even genetically capable of attaining average male standards across all areas can cause problems within the unit. Men and women do in fact have differences. I don't support the draft, but that doesn't mean it should be imposed on women as well. That would both expand the problem and damage your military. This is fucking stupid. Look folks, cheering over this makes us look just as devoid of sense as the feminists. Women do not belong in combat roles (or any military roles at all, because all of them can be required to fight) if they cannot meet the same physical and behavioral standards as men.
