Do you look like a child or a man in clothing?Constant time under tension, no limitations by range of motion, and you can heavily overload the stretch reflex of your traps to name a few benefits! | /r/TheRedPill | 18/12/21 09:48 PM
Do you look like a child or a man in clothing?Where are your contributions to the community? Be the change you want to see. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/12/21 04:28 PM
Do you look like a child or a man in clothing?Sounds like you got height on your side! ;) | /r/TheRedPill | 16/12/21 02:40 PM
Do you look like a child or a man in clothing?Sounds like a bunch of guys got their feelings hurt by people that lift lol. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/12/21 01:52 PM
Do you look like a child or a man in clothing? If you want to look athletic, sure. Obviously there are nuances to this, and a good physique won't compensate for a lack of social skills (as outlined in the post). However, if you do care about filling out a shirt, why not optimize your training routine to cater to that goal? | /r/TheRedPill | 16/12/21 10:47 AM
Do you look like a child or a man in clothing? What type of foods do you tend to consume? | /r/TheRedPill | 16/12/21 10:17 AM
Why you need to track what you consume.Regarding figuring out your baseline; pick an estimate of your TDEE, and consume that for a week or two. See what your weight does. Gained weight? You’re in a surplus. Lost weight? You’re in a deficit. Maintained weight? You found your TDEE. From that point, you have the ability to adjust course based on your goals. And since you’re struggling with getting in the calories, I’d advise you to focus on calorie dense foods. Consume more healthy fats and you’ll easily increase your caloric intake. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/11/21 10:05 AM
Why you need to track what you consume. That will work to a degree. However, if you want control over what your body does, you should know about the fuel you’re giving it. Only then can you readjust based on your goals. If you want to just be healthy, sure, focus on whole foods and don’t track. If you’re serious about performance though, knowing what you consume is key. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/11/21 10:01 AM
Why you need to track what you consume.Do you have a very active life? And what kind of foods do you consume? There are ways to eat less voluminous foods that are still healthy, and higher in caloric value. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/11/21 03:39 PM
Why you need to track what you consume.Great contribution. Your gut feeling will indeed lie to you and tell you what is comfortable. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/11/21 03:36 PM
Why you need to track what you consume.Agreed, as a beginner you may get away with recomping, but when you start to become a bit more advanced, that simply won't cut it. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/11/21 02:30 PM
Why you need to track what you consume.Nope, huge proponent of them in fact. IMO, the best way to cultivate lean mass is through a minor caloric surplus. This will require some dedication, as most people view bulking phases as a period where you can let loose a bit more. I did that too in my first bulk cycle, but the only thing that happened was that I ended up at 225 lbs with 20% bf. Not ideal to say the least. Nowadays I prefer to be in a moderate deficit in my gaining phases - 200 to 300 calories above my maintenance. It forces me… | /r/TheRedPill | 26/11/21 02:29 PM

Struggling with building habits? Try this.Meditating, reading, learning a language, learning to be more social, learn to build something, the list goes on and on | /r/TheRedPill | 12/07/18 12:48 AM

Here's The Reason You're Not Seeing Any Progress In The GymAgreed. Working out is better than not doing anything at all. My post is more oriented towards guys that want to gain mass but don't understand what is going wrong. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/06/18 04:28 PM
A basic supplement guideToo much protein isn't good either. In fact, most lifters already eat too much protein. 0.8gr/lb of bodyweight when bulking and 1gr/lb of bodyweight when cutting should do the trick. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/06/18 07:47 AM
A basic supplement guideIt depends whether or not you are deficient in protein, and you can only find that out if you calculate your maintenance calories. If your diet is light on protein, then sure, whey can help you. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/06/18 01:38 PM
A basic supplement guideExactly my experience. Keeping it simple helped me out a ton and saved me money. Sometimes less is more | /r/TheRedPill | 26/06/18 08:03 AM
A basic supplement guideYep, that's why I stated in my conclusion that supplements won't do much for you if you're not lifting consistently and eating right. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/06/18 07:36 AM

Girls and Snapchat StreaksDon't delete your account, lol. Use streaks as dread. If a bitch is acting up just break the streak, but don't consciously try to get a streak going. If you're still in college, deleting social media is fucking retarded. You can display high SMV through it, just don't let it take over your life. And ESPECIALLY don't follow those hot 'famous' girls. They are a fucking brain drain. | /r/askTRP | 09/05/18 08:02 PM
Why I use Social Media and how you should too to show-off your SMV.Good post, especially for the younger folks. I noticed that mostly people aged 30+ seem to dislike using social media for game/displaying high SMV. Social Media doesn't need to be a time drainer. Just post your pic whenever you're hitting the toilet and reap the benefits. | /r/TheRedPill | 03/05/18 09:19 AM
The 2 week conceptRecently there was a post about turning your phone to grayscale. You might give that a try. The theory behind it is that when your phone doesn't have all kinds of flashy colors, it becomes less interesting to our lizard brain, thus being less distracting. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/04/18 11:54 AM
Übermensch ModeGreat fucking read. Really motivated me to push even harder in the gym today. Hope you enjoy this little dopamine spark. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/04/18 04:56 PM
Tips for High School game.I disagree. You should definitely get used to interacting with women before you go to college. You don't want to be socially inadequate. | /r/askTRP | 20/03/18 11:15 AM
