Seems like you were determined and headstrong enough to prevail, when like you said, you shouldn't have. I did both, representing myself and hired an expensive attorney, and in the end it did fuck all. Really one of the worst experiences I've ever been through in my life and I'm still traumatized from it. I'm even in therapy for it now and I'm not sure if it's helping. Glad to hear that someone actually prevailed from such a shithole situation.

My daughter, who's 15 now, was alienated from me during a 10 year nightmare of a custody battle. During a hearing once, the judge said he went through the same exact thing and that children who are brainwashed like that tend to come around once they become young adults. The whole time he was saying this, I was thinking, "if you know this happens and it even happened to you why the fuck are you not helping me?" Family court is bullshit.

What has he done that makes you loathe him? He was just a kid a few years ago and now he's a young adult.

Funny enough an acquaintance of mine failed out of med school so he ended up as a nurse. Not surprised that he was the most vocal person who was posting nonstop about nurses and the sacrifices they were making. Just imagine constant posts with him in his scrubs posting about how overworked he was, but some how had time to keep taking and posting pictures of himself online. Nothing against the many hardworking nurses who were on the frontlines and even died fighting this disease. It's the ones wh…

Nothing was more annoying than all the god damn nurse worship at the start of the pandemic. I saw so many people who work as nurses just eating it up. The worst was all the videos of nurses doing synchronized dancing in the emergency rooms. If the virus was that serious, how did you find time to choreograph a stupid ass dance with your co-workers. Glad that shit eventually died down and people came to their senses.

Exactly. These women know exactly where they're doing. I once went to a co-workers birthday party. She was about an 8/10, big tits, red head, really flirtatious, and had no shortage of admirers and men wanting to date her. Looked like a real life Jessica Rabbit. Absolutely no other girls there but tons of random dudes there of all shapes and sizes who were her "friends". One guy who helped her fix her car, another who watched her dogs for her, and one guy who cooked for her. It was obvious that …

Always be wary when a girl non-stop blasts that she likes anime, comics, video games, Dungeons and Dragons etc. Usually a trap to get you to subscribe to her onlyfans or some other bullshit she uses to try and get attention.

Religion is only convenient when these women feel that it will serve them. It's supposed to be the other way around where they serve the lord. My ex always brought a massive bag with a bible verse on it whenever we would go to family court. She thought this would help portray herself as a "Christian Woman". Funny that the only time I ever heard her utter God's name before that was when she let me put my cock up her ass.

Just watched a video on this exact same topic. There isn't as much of a stigma surrounding single dads as there are surrounding single moms. I actually think it's an advantage for most single dads. It's social proof and confirmation bias from the woman. It means that a girl that was young and fertile was willing to let you blast inside of her and carry on your offspring.

Yeah I did. Unfortunately, my daughter is a casualty of the family court system and her mom's narcissistic cunt behavior and we've been estranged. She was strong and held on for as long as she could, but being taught to hate me since pretty much the start of her life eventually made her take sides. We've been estranged for almost two years now. I write to her and send her gifts but never receive a response. Many people tell me, including of all people a family court judge that went through this,…

Same. My ex did this as well. Her new husband is also unemployed, was living at home with his mom, but they still decided to have two more kids and move to Texas due to lower cost of living. For a family of five, they take home less than $30,000 a year which means they pretty much live in poverty. Did I mention that she's also unemployed? Her narcissistic , asshole, selfish, manipulative behavior works in family court, but it turns out that most employers won't put up with that shit. She's been …

You're reaching here and the scenarios you're describing are anomalies and extremely rare. Most men would bang a slightly fat chick even if they're into thin chicks and vice versa. A guy would date a girl with small tits even if they really love big boobs and also vice versa. Most women would not make those same concessions for a short man. A short analysis of any online dating site proves this. About 20% of all the men get the majority of the women. Everyone else gets the leftovers or has resig…

Yep. I love big tits and I have a friend who loves small tits and I find it extremely weird. But still, I'd bang a small titty girl and he'd bang a big titty girl in a heart beat. You'll rarely ever hear women say they prefer a shorter man if given the choice.

"Next, you're a single mother. Where is the child's father?" If he's still around (usually they aren't) than he is almost always a massive loser. Think about that. She gives some low value dude like that her pussy for free but you gotta pay for it. Don't believe me? Stand outside of any strip club after they get off their shifts. You'll almost always see some loser guy in a shitty car pick them up. Just because they are pretty enough to be a stripper doesn't mean that they are quality people.

You might get lucky and find a girl who's actually sane and really just "doing this for now to pay for college" (aren't they all) but for the most part there are usually some massive issues related to childhood trauma/emotional problems with someone who takes their clothes off for a living. Add the fact that she already has a kid and it's pretty much a liability for any man to get seriously involved with her. I mean, she shows her tits for a living, of course men are going to be drawn to that fi…

Hypergamy. I've seen even the most educated, smart, hard working and responsible women fuck their lives up this way. For example I knew a woman that was dating my friend who already had two kids from another guy she was no longer with, but she had a great job as an executive admin, owned her own home, had no debt and was a pretty great mother. A couple of years went by, she breaks up with my friend, and gets knocked up by some random gangster dude who was always in and out of jail. Complete lose…

I have friends who dated single moms and it always ends badly. The number one reason being is that they don't appreciate anything you do for them or their kids (which aren't even yours). They feel entitled that you should have to pay for their mistakes.

Switch things around and you can easily see all the hypocrisy. If a dude made a video like this demanding that his wife be a virgin, supermodel, with her own career, no debt, natural 36d titties, and for him it would be okay to be a "pro gamer, unemployed virgin who lives with his mom everyone would call it sexist. No one would ever entertain the idea because of how comical it is in society to have those kinds of expectations. But because it's a woman "it's a joke".

They want us to believe the avg girl has only slept with 6-8 guys her whole life... Girl I knew already cleared this by the time she was 18. I was supposedly her 10th. Of course she probably didn't count blowjobs, the dude didn't finish, or all the other times you mentioned that women will use to rationalize their behavior. She's in her 30's now so 50 guys before they hit 20 is a lot but not impossible.

I don't know if this is a rule here, but I really like it. The "deadbeat dad" myth has been horseshit for a long time. Almost every man I've met who went through family court dutifully pays their child support. In fact, most of the time their support is the only source of income keeping food on the table, a roof over their kid's heads and clothes on their backs. One guy I knew was paying $2,000, the majority of his net per month, which left him about $500 to spend on himself.

Every woman I've dated in the past year was like this. Yeah they have jobs, but they either still live at home or have a ton of roommates. If they don't, and they live on their own, their places were usually a shit hole in a bad part of town and they were living from paycheck to paycheck. They also drove shitty economy cars or were dumb enough to purchase a second hand luxury car trying to look rich like a BMW or Mercedes that's on the brink of falling apart when it's not even close to being pai…

I fear for my daughter who's being turned into a liberal, man hating, daddy government will take care of me type of person because of her mom. She's already been to three of those women's marches that don't even know what they're marching for, and she's only 13. She's a smart girl, but by the time she figures out that her mom is nothing but a raging loser cunt, it will be too late. She will be nearing her forties like this woman and wondering what the hell happened to her life.

I've seen this play out time and time again with girls I went to school with. They hit their thirties and they either can't find anyone willing to commit or they settle for someone that they wouldn't have touched with a 10-foot pole a decade earlier. Women saying that they're surprised when this happens and someone should have told them are full of shit. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see that this is always the outcome.

This guy you described is a carbon copy of my friend's brother. Guy was a validated gang member, tattoos up to his neck and hands as well, always unemployed, always in and out of prison, using drugs all the time and was just an overall piece of shit. Its not hard to afford a house. For the majority of people it's pretty much impossible unless you want to live in a shitty crime ridden neighborhood that also has crappy schools. Those areas also tend to have lower paying jobs as well so you'll either have a horrible commute or be underpaid. Source: I bought a house 9 years ago and these were all things that came up when looking at houses in the 100k range.

I'm older now, but when I was young and dumb, my ex and mother of my child used to always say: "I was so afraid of you finding out anything about about me when we first started dating". At first I thought it was cute and flattering, like she wanted to only show me the best parts of her. This isn't just anecdotal either. All my friends who had strong father figures just "got it" when it came to women. Guys raised by single mothers not only do not learn dominant behaviors, they often become complacent and passive because they often have to bear the brunt of the single mother's problems and anger.

Imagine if I commented on how fat a woman was or how small her titties were. Wonder if it would be as equally accepted, most likely not. Also, those are features that you can change. This also applies to the "bad boy" dynamic as well. You often see a relatively attractive woman with a guy who's obviously a loser in some way e.g. into drugs, drinks too much, constantly unemployed, lives with mom, treats her like shit etc. But you never, EVER see her complaining about how much of a loser he is while she freely opens up her pussy for him to pound away at all day and night. Not justifying it, but I understand the "friend zone". Many men do not take rejection well, so I can see why a woman would want to let a guy down by saying "let's just be friends". The real problem is that even after a guy is friend zoned, the woman continues to extract resources and services from the guy without giving him anything in return. women will be looking at men with resources more than ever. Have you been on Bumble lately? So many profiles changed to some version of "looking for someone to survive with and get through all of this together". Single moms and women in their thirties are the most prevalent. Basically another way of saying "I no longer want to be a strong independent woman and want to catch a beta to provide for me because of the current circumstances and I'm scared and need to be protected".

She's fucking ugly to boot. A 3/10 at best.

I've seen this play out so many times it's not even funny anymore. A friend of mine had a brother who was an absolute piece of shit. Was a gang member, always in and out of prison, usually unemployed, had a bunch of kids that he didn't take care of, heavily tattooed and always on drugs. But man oh man, this guy could pull em. There was no shortage of women throwing themselves at him to give him a place to stay, money, pussy etc. Another mutual friend of ours once offered to let him stay at his p…

No. She actually looks really attractive at her age. She lost all that stress weight that she gained during the scandal.

LOL. I have to agree with you there. Even now, Clinton describes her as someone who he had around to just "relieve stress" so in other words a cum dumpster to deposit his load onto.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen12/03/20 04:52 AM

First off I want to say that how she was treated by the media, FBI, society in general and the Clinton's was absolutely disgusting and she didn't deserve that treatment. Nobody should be shamed for the rest of their lives for a sex act that like 90% of women have performed by the time they hit their twenties. That being said, she's a perfect example of what we talk about here. She spent her youth with men that just used her then discarded her and now she's in her forties and has never married or…

I used to work in law enforcement and we would get women like this ALL THE TIME who applied to be dispatchers or some kind of lab technician. They all never had any experience but thought they could do the job because they watched Law and Order or CSI. Lots of obese Karens in their 40's who only applied because the child support and alimony payments were going to run out soon. These jobs pay $40 and up/hour and are government jobs with good benefits, so they're attractive to women who've been si…

You forgot the sagging skin underneath her arms and on her back which are covering multiple layers of fat. She's going to have back titties soon to replace the depreciating ones in the front.

My lazy, unemployed for 10+ years mother of my child would never shut the fuck up about how "independent" she was in the beginning. Turns out she is one of the most co-dependent people that I have ever met. She's unable to remain single. Doesn't matter how much of a loser the guy is, she has to be in a relationship. Always collecting something from the gov't. Child support, low income housing, medicaid, legal aid, WIC, etc. Very weak person and there's so many others like her out there.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen08/03/20 05:16 AM

Or the hail mary pass. I doubt the two dudes that sired her hellspawn are paying any child support.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen08/03/20 04:09 AM

And that's just ONE of her problems. There's also the bad plastic surgery, unemployment, two children from two different fathers, poor education, old filtered pictures (she's probably much bigger now) and who knows what kind of cluster B disorders that she has that have led her to fuck up her own life this badly.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen08/03/20 04:08 AM

Shame, she actually looked like she'd be cute a long time ago. Well yeah, sure she was cute a while back, but she chose to waste it on a bunch of dudes that banged her and left.

Currently going through divorce. Say's she's "super picky". The two kids are from two different fathers. Bonus points at the end: Her physical activity is listed as "almost never" which really means "never". You get to watch her get fat right before your eyes too.

This made me feel so good. I was in a really abusive relationship where my ex said "you're supposed to let me hit you". Really tore my self esteem up but eventually I learned not to put up with that shit either.

In my county the jails are simply too crowded so if you don't have any priors and sign a release form stating that you promise to appear in court, they will release you with a ROR.

Disturbing the peace and public intoxication. She was making a scene and also was too drunk/stupid to realize that cussing out a cop in public was not the best move.

She's hot, and I know a lot of people are patting the kid on the back and making comments about how they wish they had teachers like that when they were in school etc. But the fact of the matter is, she's a pedophile, and it's nice to see someone get a stiff sentence for a change instead of the usual probation and a slap on the wrist bullshit that happens too often. If this had been a man sleeping with a 13 year old girl, he would have had the book thrown at him.

Look, she acted like an asshole, I'm sure everyone can agree on that. Also, if this is the only reason why we shouldn't keep a competent doctor, for which society is already on short supply, then we really need to re-think why were judging her. Also, I'm willing to bet a large number of people have been shit faced drunk off their asses and did things they wish they could go back and do differently. The only difference is that your actions weren't recorded and shared for all the world to see. I d…

That seems to have been the intention, but in reality one parent, usually the father, gets screwed.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/11/15 10:35 PM
2

Exactly. Not only is child support based off of income, a large portion of it is also determined by the amount of time each parent has with the child. This encourages the parent who wants to be vindictive to fight for as little time as possible to keep the payments high. Very broken system indeed.

This happens to men ALL THE TIME. Ex girlfriend/wife/whatever goes about her life while the guy is forced to give such a large percentage of his pay check every week that he's forced to live in a shitty one bedroom apartment and never have the chance to move on with his life.

I remember that episode as well. The funny thing is, the woman's parents were both in the courtroom, and her father also happened to be a police officer. Glad she got what was coming to her. Trying to ruin someone's life and career just because you want to get out of a speeding ticket.

Went through something similar. Ex accused me and my father of molestation and the courts took everything she said at face value and screwed me out of my kids.

Welcome to my world, been dealing with the department of child support services for about 5 years now and it's always been a nightmare. Just wait until they start taking funds out of your checking out out of the blue or sending summons to have your amount raised if they ever find out that you got a better job. Fuck everything about this system.

From California as well. Don't even let me get started on how corrupt and fucked up the child support system is here. Just to give you an idea, they garnished my wages from three different counties because my ex is a huge loser, and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. I have never even been a day late in payment by the way. It sounds really fucked up because she is my daughter's mom after all, but there are days where I wish she would drop dead or get into a horrible car accident o…

Yeah I'm thinking of saving a shitload of money and just giving it to my daughter when she turns 18 for college or a new car and explaining to her "Sorry, I tried everything I possibly could and invested every resource I had at the time to the point of near bankruptcy to be in your life, but your mom was nothing but a cunt and did everything she could to eliminate me from your life".
/r/MensRights27/02/12 02:12 PM

Yeah I struggled with the same thing regarding hiring a lawyer. And you really need one, especially if your ex is a much of a cunt as mine is. Taking the plunge ain't easy because there's no guarantee that you'll even win anything.
/r/MensRights26/02/12 11:20 AM

Been going through this hell myself. Your best bet now is to file a modification to try and get your amount lowered until you get back on your feet. That's the only way as of now, because as you already stated, the amount still adds up and depending on where you live the interest can be quite high, here in California it's 10 percent.

My god, currently going through the same thing. I'm about 15k deep in and things still haven't changed. This system is FUCKED. I'm about to walk away as well. Fighting a move away, and it's been a god damn nightmare since my daughter was born to be quite frank. I really just want to throw in the towel. Child support payments, lawyer fees, court fees, ex being a huge cunt, it's all taking a toll on me, I can't take it anymore.
/r/MensRights26/02/12 11:14 AM

Don't forget the fat child tax credit that the non-custodial parent gets screwed out of.

As someone who has been through hell and back dealing with the family courts and child support agencies, as a man you're fucked.
/r/MensRights10/01/12 06:40 AM

Congrats. I'm currently 15k (lawyer fees, court fees, etc.) in and things really haven't gotten any better and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight. Sucks that a person, usually men, have to pay so much just to remain a part of their children's lives.

Ahhh, young grasshopper, you are just entering the world of shit that is family court. One of the first things you're going to learn, and your lawyer should have told you this is: MEDIATION NEVER WORKS For what you're dealing with you're gonna have to take your bitch of an ex down to the mat to ensure that you stay in your daughter's life. Hang in there man.

My ex did, and continues to do the same shit. I know how you feel. Eerily similar actually: Supported her through the pregnancy and after, check Grew distant and uncommunicative, check Purposely left my name off the birth certificate, check Knowingly claimed many gov't benefits and excluding me to maximize amount, check MARGINALIZING ME OUT OF MY CHILD'S LIFE, check Suing me for child support and trying to extract the maximum amount (luckily they imputed her income because they knew she was a la…

I can totally relate to your anger and sadness . I am currently going through a brutal custody battle for my 5 year old daughter. I do all the right things, take my parenting classes, work a full time job, pay the child support that the courts allow the mother to extort from me, hired the best lawyer I could afford, pay all my daughter's health and dental insurance/fees, exercise all the court ordered time that was given with my daugher(which is barely any) and I still haven't made any god damn …

To be honest, in my experience........no.
/r/MensRights29/05/11 09:57 PM

Why did they take away your joint legal rights? Usually the courts look into the "best interests of the child" and that means frequent and continued contact with BOTH parents. Is there anything you aren't telling us? I'm in the same boat and fighting tooth and nail to keep it from happening. Don't give up, your daughter needs you.

Relationship with my daughter............awesome. The fact that she doesn't currently see me daily makes our bond even stronger because she is aware that the time we have is limited. She would drop everything she had at her mom's to come live with me, even little kids know who treats them better. At the very least she's always telling me that she wants "more time" with me.

This shit happened to me, sadly I'm currently in the group that just sucks it up and takes it. Trust me, I fought and I fought and in the end I still ended up with the same bullshit the guy just described. Massive child support payments, "visiting" my daughter on the weekends and watching my ex spend all my money on stupid shit. I wouldn't say violence is the answer, but it certainly is understandable.

My ex is unemployed (has been for years), about to have her third child, living off of welfare, child support, gets free school tuition, Medi-Cal, food stamps, boyfriends' money. Kinda hard not to be bitter when I work 40-60 hours a week with barely anything to show for it and she shows up at my house to pick up our daughter in a new Dodge Durango while talking to her boyfriend on an IPhone 4. Fucking bitch.
