Another ideas that is great on paper but flawed in practice… We have seen plenty of examples, especially involving powerful people, where the victim was scared to come forward. Not that they ever changed their mind, they feared retaliation in some way…

In CA male childcare workers are not allowed to handle diaper changes or bathroom visits. Honestly as a guy that worked in childcare in college, I really didn't mind it, meant I never had to change dirty diapers. But I do see the hypocrisy.

How about /r/BWBB (Boys will be Boys) EDIT: this option is now gone, snagged by a sub-hoarder.... Specifically call out in the description that it isn't just for the sacrifices of men but of women too.
