I liked this book because I think the concepts can be taken over into regular life and relationships.

when I started doing photography of amateur models it totally killed the illusion. like it’s kind of easy to take a photo and make a person seem sweet or cute or whatever, but it doesn’t represent the person at all, and some of them are dicks and that reallllly changes it for ya

What I meant was things that are exclusively self serving. I don't consider cooking food for the family "self serving" in this example. I'm sure few women outside of the aristocracy had time or freedom or resources to do things for their own personal enjoyment.

Yeah, it’s all work. It’s all doing things that aren’t self serving.

They may not have had paying jobs but you’re crazy to think women didn’t work their asses off. In most traditional cultures women did more “work” then men, just less acute things like hunting. If you’re implying that for most of history women sat around doing fuck all...

Beer makes you feel good and is fun and when work sucks and you've got no energy at the end of the day to work on yourself beer is always there. Cue cycle. And also women and most people really when you say "I need to lose a few" just say "you're fine as you are!", really killing incentive.

In fact, getting a woman to be attracted to you and want you is about the only great part. Sex can be fun for sure and it’s fun to make a woman want dirty sex, but after that it’s a bit like, what next? And now the woman likes you and you maybe have to break her heart 😭

I think when some men are so detached from spending time with women, they actually view younger vibrant women through the lens of a stereotype that those traits are actually appealing. They don't realise how tedious and banal the conversations most young people of either gender really are. They never actually get the chance to see how tragically mismatched it would be, and they keep aiming for it. All the while only honing their unappealing-to-women personalities in their own lives.

same, sometimes I feel mad/anger that there are so many people who rely on me or want me around, i’m too empathetic to ignore thinking about how sad they may feel if I do

I didn't circumsize my kids, but I was circumsized, and fuckin' pleased about it. Maybe could have turned out bad, but it didn't. I'm lucky and now have an epic cock.

I totally agree with part three although you need tact but mate I have no problem at all and totally disobey your first two rules

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
