Instead of spamming this exact same text in 6 different subreddits, you could have used that time to wonder whether "how to change my wife's behaviour" is a question that fits (M)RP, or that it might be the exact opposite of what you should be focusing on..

Try the "Phrak" variant of it, meaning: add rows and chins to the base program. Otherwise it really lacks pulling motions.

Here is Rule 10 as well: Again, just so we're very clear, MRP is not a program that will get your wife to fuck you. And this is especially true when you continue to have a shitty mindset. As a result of this -we now have Rule 10, which states OYS is about taking ownership of the things YOU control, not about other parties like your wife, dog, boss, etc. The vast majority of the focus should be on your mindset, your thoughts, and your actions. You are complaining about a situation you willingly p…

2gr per lbs protein is absolute nonsense, you/he might have been confusing it with 2gr/kg which is about right. Just get a minimal of around 1gr/lbs or 2gr/kg and you will be fine, it's not an exact science. The energy spent on figuring out this number 17 positions after the decimal point should be spent in the weight room.

Is this what you, really, want? Marry her, and live with you grandmother, mother and sister? Or is it "because you live in India" and feel like you should? I can't even imagine living like that, let alone choosing for it on purpose.

Nobody needs updates on your wives erratic behaviour. Rule 9?

Exactly this. We do the same, and it works perfectly. Everything family related ( house/utilities/kids/insurance/car/groceries etc ) comes from the shared account, where we both deposit the same amount monthly. Anything else (clothes, gadgets, going out, etc) is paid with own account.

Not really. If you fail the third set after 3 reps, that's not a 3 rep max. The chance you fail at your real 3 rep max (meaning in the first set) is almost zero, since the weight increment relative to the previous weight you succesfully did 3x5 with is so small. But believe what you want.

You will never ever do 1-3 rep max on GSLP. If you fail you 3x5 once, you deload next session, and the AMRAP set will likely be in the 8-12+ range.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
