you probably have submissive fetishes because you watched femdom or cuckold porn. it will go away as long as you stop watching porn all together. read about neuroplasticity, the longer you abstain from something addictive the less attractive it becomes. 2 weeks? you will need 90-365 days depending on how long you've had them. do not try them out in real life. don't become a cuck or visit a dominatrix or whatever. it will make it worse

You don't remain a cuck forever but if you have been cucked by someone they will see you as a cuck indefinitely. The disrespect is engraved in permanent marker. Expect your partner to become more domineering/rude should you stay in the relationship. Edit: If you like cuckold stuff you really need help. Trust me, the dopamine rush you get from that type of porn is not worth the damage it does to your soul. You end up losing self-respect and confidence. This is coming from someone who used to be a…

Take up as many productive hobbies as time allows. I made the mistake of watching porn and playing video games throughout all of my free time.

You probably like that cuckold bullshit because you've watched cuckold porn and decided to try it out in real life. You can't regain "alpha" status with this person. You need to end the relationship or accept your place as a cuck. If you want to improve, end the relationship and stop watching porn. Go to a doctor and get your testosterone checked. Also do you even lift?

Lifting won't remove a submissive fetish. Lifting will give OP a nice physique but it won't alter his sexual tastes. What OP needs is abstinence from porn. Porn makes you confused about your sexuality because of all the weird genres out there. The brain can adapt if you want it to adapt. Science agrees with this and its called neuroplasticity. "This notion is in contrast with the previous scientific consensus that the brain develops during a critical period in early childhood and then remains re…

Dbol, meth? Nah Dbol will mess his natural test levels up even more at the end of the cycle. If OP has low T he needs to see an endo and get on TRT

look for a consultant endocrinologist in your area. google will give you some results. don't go to a family doctor for something like getting testosterone checked. they will be useless. when my testosterone levels were below 300ng/DL i couldn't even think about being dominant with women, it just seemed pure ad absurdum. now i feel like banging every chick that i see. low T = submissive. 98% women love being submissive and almost all women have low testosterone. having your T levels at the correc…

have you had your hormone levels checked? submissive fetishes in men are linked to low testosterone. go see an endocrinologist.

Do lift. When I started lifting I couldn't bench the bar now I can do 135 pounds, not much but a significant improvement from where I was originally. Do martial arts. It will bring out your primal competitiveness and will teach you discipline. Do meditate. This will give you the ability to focus for a very long time, i.e. mental strength. If you are mentally strong you won't get stressed. Do not engage in junk activities such as watching TV for a long time, video games or pornography. Do not tel…

It takes a long time to look like you lift when you've just began. A few months isn't gonna cut it, even with Arnold genetics.

Women don't like submissive men. Porn brainwashed me into being an effeminate loser and I'm turning things around but this fetish is proving hard to budge. I may need to see a sexologist if nofap doesn't work.

Thinking about it with a clear mind. The femdom stuff I watch is just kinky shoe-fetish porn. Its not as bad as the other extreme things out there but I must stop porn because porn is a downward spiral to other extreme genres. I've been thinking about MMA and Muay Thai. Ideally I'd like to pickup a martial art which is practical for street fights should I ever need it for self-defence. I lift 4 times a week and have been making gains but I have little time because I have lots of studying to do (…

Only intuition will tell you such things. You need experience. Do you lift? Do you look like you don't lift even though you do?

You're right. Its alright to be submissive every now and again but my modus operandi will be to be dominant. 1 year of Nofap will change my mindset, I'm gonna start doing martial arts to learn discipline. People aren't born submissive or dominant. They are just products of their environment. Thats what I tell myself.

I don't think Nofap is enough to remove it. I believe the reason why I still have this fetish is because I deep down believe I'm still a loser and not 'man' enough to be with a woman as a man. I need to break this mindset, I don't know how. Maybe it will go away with time as I self-improve but its really setting me back psychologically.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
