Maybe you are right. I had this kind of argument 2 days ago while i was at a party. Ok. I thought it would really be one nanny for each kid and they kinda spend the day split. 300 per month really is cheap. I can understand that. My grandmother raised eight kids, lost my grandfather, had to work the whole time and a house to keep up. She doesn't bitch about it, if she even talks about it. Sometimes i think that everybody does it. Or at least most people do it to themselves. Give the population a row of opportunities and they mostly will choose the easiest ones that give the short time feel good. I don't think that there is need for many strings to be pulled. A few maybe. I have no sources though... just how i experienced people.

Doesn't apply to everyone, though. I'm not getting paid per hour i'm getting paid on a weekly base of 30h and all over that amount i can take as free time another time. But every hour i spend at work i lose at writing my thesis. But why do i write my thesis... to reach a job more or less like yours. Depends on context i guess.

I worked at my uncles building company a few years ago. If i remember correctly, Oz claimed that he found not a single person who agrees with roosh and then asks his audience. This wouldn't be argumentum ad populum, since the question wasn't if rooshs claim (about fat shaming) is wrong, it was about if there are people that agree with roosh. Oz's sample was in no way representative, so his question to the audience was worthless, but i wouldn't call it argumentum ad populum.

As a psychologist i think you are quite right. But it's not really surprising if about 80 percent of the students are women. The old professors are kinda cool though. It's a pity they are leaving one after another. But there are good departments too. Neuropsychology, organizational psychology and psychometrics/diagnostics don't have that much pressure for "gender conform results" and the male quote is higher (at least at my university).

And even if it weren't so, it wouldn't change much. That is your weekplan and it has to work for you. I start to work at 7 am (could start at 9 too, but i want to leave sooner) and i'm fucked in the head after waking up so i need half an hour more and then at least 30 minutes for my way to work.
