Okay, we both agree that nobody is inherently worthy of love and respect. Except, in my opinion, babies and innocent young children are always worthy of love. I agree that we earn respect through our actions, the way we treat people, and various other things we do in life. Where we disagree is that having more than x amount of partners makes it so you aren't worthy of respect or love. I don't think it immediately disqualifies you for those traits in my eyes.

I’m a low n count or body count (or whatever people who care about that are calling it these days) and I completely disagree on your opinion about this kinda thing. Anyone with 5 or more partners is a whore??? That’s ridiculous. So a 40 something person who’s had five long term relationships and was intimate with everyone of them is a whore? I don’t understand that… I respect your right to have your opinion but I feel like it’s not very realistic. I don’t have sex with a lot of people because I …

It’s men with opinions like these that make me stay away from dating lol. By this dudes standards I’d say a good majority of people on this earth are whores. 🤣

Any woman? So, say a man has more than 5 partners… does that mean he has ‘weird sexual baggage’ ?

Tell that to the young girls who had men grooming them at a young age. Your opinion also implies that all the sexual encounters are completely honest and there’s no manipulation involved. This and all the examples you’ve given are not indicative of the experience of women as a whole. I swear every post I read on this sub makes me wanna just unsubscribe lol. Some of these opinions are wild. 🥲

Also, you wouldn’t want your daughter to be attractive? If I had kids I’d want both of them to be attractive, intelligent, and independent. Male or female.

Not every single mother, married father, man, woman etc. is going to think the same. It’s confusing when people generalize because human beings are complex and aren’t a hive mind. Sorry in your experience you know people like that, but that’s not the case for everyone. I know a beautiful single mother who married my brothers best friend who’s one of the most empathetic, loving, hard working people I know. She’s a damn good mother too. I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your aunts daughter. It see…

What about independence?

That I completely agree with. And it’s awful for the men who are are willing to dote on a woman and treat like them a queen only for them to be disrespected and treated like shit. Those scenarios piss me off so much and honestly make me feel really sad at the same time. In an ideal relationship, I’d prefer something called mutual simpage. You simp for me and I simp for you. Then everyone feels loved/cared for. But that ideal is hard to find.

Most women don’t want a simp, but some do.

Jesus. This is so concerning. I know it’s just statistics but this kinda shit makes me never wanna get married.

All of those traits are so grossly unattractive. I get that to some women may fall into this pattern but that’s not the case with a lot of other women. I can’t even imagine being sexual with someone with those traits. Why would you get intimate with someone you can’t connect with emotionally? What if they’re secretly a fucking psycho? I don’t get it. This whole post makes NO sense coming from where I am in my life. Can’t open up to me and communicate your emotions? Not interested.

Hmm, I see. While I don't really agree with your view on that, if there's one thing I think that should be respected in the dating scene it should be someone's preferences (as long as they're legal). Thanks for giving more insight on your opinion.

Oh my god, I've SO seen this happen before irl and its seriously so childish and unattractive to me. It doesn't make you look 'alpha' it makes you look like an asshole who tries to put other people down in order to make yourself look better. It's an instant turnoff for me. If you need to make other people look bad in order to make yourself look better, you've got a lot of other problems than just seeking attention from women... But to be fair, I've seen women do it too. Just in a different way.

I know this terminology is commonly used but would you mind explaining what ‘used up’ actually means? Like when people say that do they mean emotionally or physically? I’m a low body count person but I get genuinely confused when people say this.

This. I respect OP’s decision for what they’re looking for but I think they’re getting confused on what’s what here. Virginity does not automatically equate to trauma and emotional baggage free.

Virginity doesn’t guarantee trauma free. A virgin woman could have been sexually abused as a child or had other number of traumatic things happen. I think you’re equating the number of partners someone has with emotional baggage and trust issues and that doesn’t translate well in real life. People are complex and could have everything you described and could still be virgins.

Yeah, all of what happened to these men is completely awful but the public humiliation part of that is just plain disrespectful. And then the response to them justifiably getting upset is the worst part about it to me. No one should have to deal with that regardless of whether they’re on a dating app for sex or relationships or whatever. Dating apps are a gamble in this day and age.

Are you saying that marginalizing, objectifying, and discarding women seems to come naturally to men as the previous commenter stated? Sorry, just asking for clarification. That’s definitely a whole important conversation to be had and your response piqued my curiosity.

Personally, I don’t slutshame myself or other people. I don’t have promiscuous sex for a multitude of reasons: I don’t think it’s healthy, safe, and the thought of having sex with someone I’m not in a committed relationship with makes me really really uncomfortable/turned off. It’s not compatible with what I want. But I only apply those ‘rules’ to myself. Promiscuity doesn’t work for ME. I’m well aware that it can work for others and I don’t have an issue with that. HOWEVER. When it comes to fri…

I suppose some women are like that just as some men treat women like that. I can’t relate, though. That kind of behavior is an immediate turn off and I would never be with someone who I saw treated another person like that. But I don’t date red pill men, so that makes sense in my case.

This is such a shitty thing to do but to come to a conclusion like THAT after tricking men who are justifiably disappointed and upset is just…. So invalidating to men’s feelings. I’d be irritated as fuck if I was involved in something like this if I was a man. Or even an experiment with women. This is messed up.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
