Whatever you normally wear? 30 isn't too much older than us anyway. She's just another girl except she's been around longer

I understand the feeling but trust me you don't wanna be too excited. The ghosting when feelings are that strong can really hurt

Likely a gay best friend a cuck or they're looking for a threesome

Some of us are completely oblivious to sex being not that serious. I still think I'll be somewhat maliciously judged just for having little to no experience. When people go through that they're just really stressed because the clock's ticking and life is short, and know the older you get the worse and weirder it gets.

Less than once per year being average is huge news to me. Glad to hear it. Everyone always talks about the booty and what they do with it and has stories. Stuff you can't make up.

Being myself has never really been enough. There's more to it than that. That's why I follow this community.

Touch is always amazing but it can be very very hard to understand. If it happens to me I can very easily be oblivious or have no idea if I'm just hanging out with a touchy person

Trying to get the context of "playa". You're making it look like he's the player, and not you? Sounds like a word that can very easily make a girl uncomfortable, mad or just lose interest.

It's too late, they unmatched immediately. But it went like this: Girl 1: Hola Me: Hello there :) Girl 2: Are you there? Me: I am now lol Me with an immediate follow up: I like your jacket by the way it matches the hair My take from this is that with one of them I tried a casual conversation, and the other one I tried hard to give a pickup line, and that none of those decisions were acceptable.

I've yet to be charged a penny but if I don't hear something helpful soon from them I'll probably lose interest. It may end up a waste of money too but I'm at the point where I just want to use every resource possible, it's one thing to waste money but definitely a waste of life if there's no women in a man's life. I'd like to at least get why someone would hit me up like that only to block me because I responded, I still haven't made any sense out of it.

About point #2. As someone who's acutely aware of this, as a 23 year old who's practically a virgin and hardly made it past a 2nd date that makes me think I'm in a lot of trouble.

That's only just starting up, one thing I heard was things may have also gone south because the dating profile could be outdated. I'm set for a phone call Friday with someone from the company get some guidance. Someone that's also a therapist. All I've really gotten to do far with that is telling him what I struggle with and why, he just got to know me a little it's so early on.

Sounds accurate. Sometimes I can think it's a good vibe but really it wasn't, and what can I even do to improve text game? I can have a conversation with someone but how does text even escalate? They seem to either get bored or uninterested or some they're out with some other guy before I even know it

I'm 23 and honestly the older I get the more I think like OP as well. What else could make sense, everyone either ghosts before or after the first or second date or refuses to communicate for even a minute, no way I can expect someone to stick around longer than a few months or not to compulsively lie. That with people constantly trying to get the "right one", there's something isn't making a lot of sense to me. All I've ever witnessed was horror stories too. Something's missing.

So I'm not as lean as 15% body fat but I do have some muscle. I'm staying active and exercise to maintain or even improve it. I make sure to wear nice clothes, stay groomed and smell good too but I feel like that's not enough.

I think it's happened due to awkwardness mostly being 100% oblivious. I apparently I don't flirt or make moves too, according to one I messaged before she managed to block on one platform. Though I swore I did, turned out calling someone cute isn't making a move on them. I needed someone to tell me I could've held her hand or something to know that that's normal and ok on the first date or two that's how bad I was at even processing body language. From one I managed to get ahold of before managi…

You get a therapist by going through the doctor, right? I don't even know what kind of therapists there are or what kind to go for exactly at the moment, would that all be discussed with the doctor through consultation?

As a 23 year old who's barely ever made it beyond a second date, this makes me feel utterly doomed. I know my lack of experience can be sensed from a mile away too.

I get that. I'm a lot like your friend. Even early in the texting phase my mind gets fucked up pretty good. The thing is, yes, there's other things to enjoy or achieve, but sometimes it's like what's the point? If you think you're a loser of natural selection who can't have love, intimacy or sex which is known to be the greatest pleasure in life, or pass on your genes as nature intended, or think you're just not good enough, then having a nice car or house won't make you feel any different. Or y…

Then why would a one night stand happen or her giving her number when you're a stranger? The math isn't connecting.

My mind is blown by this comment. I feel smothered if I gotta talk to someone every day or days in a row, never would've expected I'd be a problem if I didn't text the next day BEFORE EVENING. Didn't know morning is unacceptable but that makes sense. I'm just gonna make sure I don't make the mistake of not texting during afternoon. Never would've imagined the time of day mattered so much no wonder I feel like you have to read minds. Definitely upvoted.

Honestly, how can that possibly be flirting and not a blatant insult? I've been trying for years to wrap my head around how that or "ew" is flirting but I don't get it. I only know how to see it as an attack. It makes me wanna go off except I don't. I need help understanding this one.

It feels good, but for me I sometimes don't know how to take or or don't always know how to respond or what to respond with. This may be because I've been led on countless times, been ghosted on most of the time after the first date, maybe from not having much experience. It can easily be mistaken for being shy insecure and timid. The compliments are always welcome and appreciated, but also know that sometimes the guy just can't take the hint or doesn't pick up on it and may mistake you for just…

There's something wrong with you. Like, I think you need help. Also I myself never did well talking to girls and also can't imagine wanting to pass up on the real thing and intimacy. I really wish people would actually have patience and understand each other's flaws and try to grow from one another. If one is awkward, just bear with it they might not even be oblivious. It's really very ok to say things too. Seemed to be the norm until social media came along. That's my take

My mind works similar to that. It just seems like a conversation starter, quick way to get to know someone. But I get she wants to feel noticed or different too, that simply "you're cute" doesn't stand out or anything. You usually want to know a little bit about someone before going on a date, right?

Stop judging him is my advice. You don't know what happened to make him think he lacks certain social skills or made him anxious if he is. Maybe he wants to learn what he could maybe add, even surprise you with. Support and give him love for what he is if you're serious, obviously he's trying and putting on the effort. If you are concerned about him or anything communicate. That's all it takes for men to be happy unfortunately many women don't offer that too much anymore. I somehow get the vibe …

Based on this comment it sounds like there's so much propaganda about it now which is crazy. They all say you gotta be "all high value" and "can't show weakness". What you've said makes a lot of sense.

You don't know if she's lonely to begin with and she might wonder why you feel lonely/how many options you get. The least I can tell you is that's not a good thing to base off of or a way for y'all to connect.

Amazing advice. Some of us had no idea it was even appropriate for there to be that much touching, such as putting your arm around a stranger like that. Glad to read this because of the saying "if he's scared to touch, how's he supposed to do more" when really some of us just don't know. Much better than "you just gotta find the right one" when hearing answers about rejection. Upvoted.

I'm gonna hate making this comment but here we go: Women hate men in their 20s who lack experience. Hard to tell sometimes whether it's a delusion, like I've been asked why and I felt like I was being interrogated. They seem nice about it but also seem to ignore the obvious signs I try but just don't have flirting skills and whatnot. I have the looks and status. But I dead ass feel like I gotta be talking like Shakespeare or something. Lack of responses quickly get depressing from repeated failu…

People like you need to stop assuming people are just timid. People genuinely have absolutely no clue or idea that's why they ask in such a judgmental environment

I've seen many men who literally have nothing, I mean nothing still have a full rotation and cycle of women completely lined up. Try not to let your wallet and wealth be what they like about you that's how you get fucked up from the games.

Let's just say that not trying definitely seems to not to work. Sometimes you gotta know what you're doing wrong and fucking up or find out what it you don't know.

This applies to people in from the past too I can feel that. Makes it worse too when you're not feeling motivated due to mostly repeated rejection or worse, so I can definitely feel your pain.

Wouldn't someone or people report her if she flirted that much? Unless I have no idea what flirting looks like in which case I have a deep problem.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
