I furiously masturbate to 'red pilled' virgins sitting in their room reading their books while stuffing cheetos and nutter butters down their throat.

Fair enough; let's agree to disagree. I think information is all that matters (and he gives 100% solid information); his personality or who he is as a person doesn't matter.

Let's assume for a minute what you're saying is true. (Even though it probably isn't). What does it matter? He motivates people. He gets people in the gym lifting and becoming more confident. That's all that matters.

I was lucky; one of the girls that posted "#metoo" online was one of my plates for about a month and a half, last year. It makes me laugh because she loved when I choked her and spanked her ass as hard as I could while banging her. I dodged a bullet though; she told me stories about how much shit she gave to her past boyfriends that lived with her among other things.

It's getting crazy... I'm reading comments now that say something along the lines of: "All women have been sexually harassed and those who say they haven't been just don't realize it yet."

If they ever finally come out with a temporary vasectomy, I'm the first one in line. I'm too young to really pull the trigger on a vasectomy. I'll just be very careful with condoms and whatnot in the meantime.

you literally said you have severe oneitis that you want helping getting rid of and then you go on explain how you'd like to keep this "good girl" around. You have some internalizing to do if reading the side bar is to be believed. The answer to your last question is no for you... forget this girl, there will be 10 others.
/r/askTRP03/09/17 11:18 AM

So I guess the problem here is that you combined two concepts wrongly. You creepily told her you wanted to bang and then you blocked her? You should have told her in person, "hey I like you more than a friend" either she responds in kind or she says "but I think of you as a friend and I don't want to lose you." If she says the latter, you just stop talking to her.

You have lots of learning and internalizing to do my friend. Best of luck

Dude, based on your other comments it seems you are too attached to this girl for no reason which is making you incredibly nervous. So the first tip is that this girl is not special and you could ask for a number from any girl so stop worrying about this particular outcome. Secondly, you are never gonna feel like doing it, so simply make some small talk and then end it by asking for her number to hangout or ask her directly to join you for an activity. It's pretty simple. Lastly, TRP doesn't hav…

It can be understandable to like the feeling of leaving a message as read when for so long you've been the guy hanging on the phone waiting for a reply and answering immediately. You are right though, ultimately it shouldn't even matter to you.

Without reading your post, I'll say right now that you should just mark it as a learning opportunity and move on. No sense in dwelling on the sex you could have had

It's funny when your friends try to steal your girl and they get shut down, but if you are an above average 7 and a 10, 6'2 Chad comes along and actually steals your girl, you wouldn't be laughing. I think if you have a super hot girl above your league, just accept the competition and know that your turn is likely to end sooner.

It's only addictive if you are an idiot. As with anything, you have to use it in moderation. If you lack the ability to use it in moderation or only for rare occasions, then sure, don't use it, but otherwise it's totally fine

Besides the rubmaps site, how do you actually go about getting a happy ending massage in an illegal place? You can't be super direct I hear because of law enforcement. I hear that sometimes lying butt naked on the table is a good way to start. What are your tips for a first timer?
/r/askTRP16/08/17 10:44 PM

So this is what asktrp has become... not understanding the core concepts and then asking dumb questions. The question shouldn't be "why didn't she respond?" It should at least be "how come I care that she didn't respond?" That would be a slightly better question.

I'm 5'7 At my height, the only option is to get more jacked than your average tall guy. works wonders. I'm 180 pounds and 12% body fat. It seems to work well enough. To give you an idea, that's like being Matt Ogus (who is also 5'7) but he's a little leaner and more muscular (probably because of steroids.)

I saw a video the other day that talks about the opposite thing that I found very accurate. It defines being an alpha in today's society well and even talks about the downsides of being an alpha in today's society. Let's give this video more attention instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdQpLDm6c0w

Anything less than 15% body fat and an FFMI of 21+ is considered reasonable. 23+ FFMI is ideal.

Use it as motivation to be that Chad, but of course don't be the asshole who snaps other people their old oneitis. You can still be Chad but more authentic than this guy. lift weights and get jacked!

I'm not OP, but I consider myself jacked. I'm 5'7, 12-13% body fat, 180lbs. Calculators say I'm around 24 FFMI. (I'm natural I swear)

Yes, I'm clean. One thing to note is I said a visible six pack at 190lb but I didn't say shredded at 190lb. I'd say that I'm fairy lean around 180-185 l. Still pretty big though.
/r/askTRP07/02/17 11:30 AM

I had a huge smv change over the past two years. I'm a pretty jacked dude. 5'7 190lb with a visible six pack. Girls sometimes seem fairly intimidated by my presence. Much more so than when I used to be a fat fuck.

I totally agree with you man, my college life is so small in comparison to the rest of my life. I'm establishing a solid foundation with my fitness, money, career, etc. I'll have my time with women after I establish myself more. That being said, I like people and making friends, but at the same time my social skills lack which is why it's one thing I'm working on. You can dedicate yourself to getting ripped in college. Honestly, one of my biggest motivations is to be able to write a legit post on /r/theredpill I don't think there is a post there outlining how to get popular in college without necessarily joining a frat. Hey man, thanks for inquiring about my progress. I've focused my attention less on approaching girls for numbers and dates and instead started approaching a tad less and also in a more platonic way. Me: "Hey, have I seen you before?" Her: "I don't recognize you." Me: "Well either way, my name is X, what's your name?" ... small talk ... Me: "Alright, I'll see you around Y." It's not just SHOWING it. It's actually BEING it. I agree with you and I do most of those things you mentioned in the second paragraph. My redpill transformation is insane. I used to be a fat neckbeard with a mop head but lost 60 pounds (revealing a lot of muscle I had underneath), cleaned myself up and gained some serious confidence. Things I've thought about (copied from a comment I made on the linked post): Say hello to most people I walk by "cold approaching" anyone I find interesting. (ie, the jacked dude walking by: "hey man, looks like you workout a lot, how come i've never seen you? My name is X, what's your name?", etc.) Introduce myself to at least one person in each class each day, remember their name and say hi next time, maybe get their number later on in order to collaborate with assignments, setup study groups,…

I think this is the best answer. I have devised some ways to be super social and gain my way into social circles, or shit, build my own! I will still cold approach away from school but keep it to a minimum while on campus. Reputation is everything like you said. I'm thinking about "cold approaching" anyone I find interesting. Although, you make me think about something: I need to associate with my frat more. I tend to be so busy that I barely hang out with them. I need to get around more and go to more events. That's one action step right there. Some of my bros are also in social frats, maybe I should talk to them more and see about frat parties. Haha. Thanks for giving me some ideas.
/r/askTRP05/10/16 09:14 PM

By rush, you mean rush a fraternity? I'm actually already in a fraternity but they don't party a lot because they are a professional frat and not a social one. I have been contemplating rushing a social frat, I'd have to wait till the next semester for that though. I really don't think I can reprioritize that though, I actually have more important things. (gym, work, school). I have a hard major and I don't have a kiddie job. I'll still seriously think about it though for next semester.

Over time, when coupled with self improvement, you will gain huge amounts of confidence that won't falter. Lost 80lbs, started lifting heavy and eating healthy over the course of 1.5-2 years. I can confirm that confidence naturally starts occurring.

I agree a lot with #9. I wouldn't have landed the job I have now if it weren't for me having a strong opinion. The interviewer asked me what my favorite programming language was and I quickly and boldly said what it was and was able to back it up. He later said that he was glad I had an opinion and was able to back it up. He said that most people who go in there say things like: "I like all of them" or "I don't favor a particular one." I feel that I would personally continue cutting given your physique. Get more visible abs and then consider bulking and putting on muscle mass. Of course while you cut, lift those weights as hard as you possibly can. Visit http://www.iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ to figure out how many calories you need to consume to lose weight. Use myfitnesspal to track your calories.

I say do whatever diet works best for you. I personally did not do keto. Super low carb sounds like suicide to me. I just followed a fair macronutrient ratio at a deficit and tracked it on myfitnesspal. I did 40c/40p/20f. I had protein in every meal and was most heavy on the carbs before my gym workout. As for what you should do, it's up to you. If you bulk after cutting you might have a bit more testosterone due to lower body fat (which will potentially help with the bulk) and you might barely …

The kind of diet where you eat less than your body consumes. But I did go for filling foods like brown rice, oatmal, quinoa, many steamed veggies, etc. Chicken breast was also one of my staples. I have experienced the beauty of this law in the past month or so. About a year ago I was really overweight and never went to the gym. I started going to the gym and dieting. I lost a shit ton of weight. (I was obese and now I have abs to give you an idea). Before hitting the gym and dieting, I had somewhat of an established presence with my fraternity. I can relate to the part about women pussifying their sons. My best friend and his brother both wanted to try football and their mother said "absolutely not." Any heavy contact sport for that matter. I'm glad my mom was completely okay with me being a wrestler and a football player in high school. In fact she thought it was cool to say that her son was a wrestler.

This is refreshing to hear. I just turned 23. I'm pretty poor income/student debt wise but I am working hard at my career and will likely make and save way more money in the future. I also have some improvements I can make to my body. I will be working hard on my social skills, game, etc. I suspect that in a good year or two, I'll be much better off than I am now from multiple angles. It only gets better from here. Vices: YouTube Facebook Porn/Jerking Off Goals: Talk to at least one girl that I don't know everyday Focus on career advancement via personal projects, work and studying for school. Now I weigh 183 pounds at about 15% body fat and lift heavy weights religiously in the iron temple. However, I am stuck in this poisonous mindset of "once I get to 12% body fat, then I'll talk to more girls." I also …

I actually got here by using the random function on Reddit. The more I read, the more I realized that I stumbled upon a gold mine of information. I'm just thankful that I found this subreddit fairly early and before I got seriously burned.

My family does this to me too, my mom especially. I used to weigh 245 pounds and have worked my ass off to get down to 185. I am working on a six pack currently. My mom frequently will taunt me with all the junk she eats (she is obese and believes in fat acceptance). She also makes negative comments on my diet and exercise to somehow deter me from my goals. I just ignore her.

From my own experience: I noticed that when I quit porn and masturbated a lot less frequently, I became quite aggressive in a good way (less social anxiety, more willing to talk to girls without giving a damn about rejection, etc) and cared less what people thought. I guess you could sum it up by saying that I felt a greater sense of well being.

If you call yourself a failure than you are a failure. Stop acting like a victim. Focus on the things you can change and accept the things you can't. It seems you've done a great job already, you've lost weight and you're working out. You even have the money to pay for med school. Sounds like you are doing well so far but just have some weaknesses to work on. Focus on improving yourself and challenging yourself everyday. With time and consistency you'll eventually conquer your fears. But man....…

I eat something called overnight oats often because it is quick and easy. in a jar, I mix together: old-fashioned rolled oats chia seeds scoop of vanilla protein powder vanilla greek yogurt almond milk This recipe is very versatile, you could add blueberries, apples, bananas, various spices like cinnamon, etc. The possibilities are endless. Just look up some combinations online.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
