1	How do you get over fear of rejection? "There are more." Why can't I seem to get that through my head? I feel like this is the root of the issue. When it gets close to closing, I'm so afraid to screw it up I don't even try. 1	Suggestions for self improvement please I've always been interested in language. Why not read a good book, even if just for 30 minutes? Then, a great way to practice is rapping, as was suggested recently by someone here. You will feel dumb at first, but it trains your brain to play with language and will make you better at conversation. I try to do it every morning in the shower: just rap my shower thoughts and have fun with words and associations. 1	Suggestions for self improvement please I just love that 6 seconds test. Never used it so methodically, but I tend to make regular pauses in my speech, and some people (not just women) will just keep talking and talking and be happy from the conversation when you were absolutely passive.
