I am talking about the decision to break up or continue along with accepting that she will get hurt. That's something you have to make.

You negged her. She negged you back harder. You can try this - "Well you aren't much on the heavier side either".

You got it right. She will get more and more hurt if you two continue. So you need to take a decision here. You didn't hide your intentions from the start so you have zero responsibility here. Her tears made an effect on you. Isn't it? Watch out. Word of caution. If you tell her something like 'I don't wanna hurt you so I think we should stop things here" or anything along those lines, it will set her hamster spinning even faster. If she is mature she will take the hint. Else you know.

They are going to find that out the moment they discuss you. Next time you meet any one of them, she will bring it up herself. Pretend you didn't know.

Arrive with a bunch of flowers. Hug her lightly when you meet. Take her to a fancy dinner. Then chat for a while and drop her at home. She gives you a kiss and you leave. Text later saying how much you enjoyed her company. Are you planning to do any of this? I guess not. So don't bother. Just go. Chicks love being validated by being with someone on v-day. That's all.

Gifting is beta. Make no mistake about that. But if you are in an ltr it would be a tactical error. I would suggest buy something silly and inexpensive. Just a token.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
