1	Just stumbled upon seddit, and... Just to expand further on the idea of "being yourself". The definition of "you" is something you create. There is no gene that makes you shy or bold, confident or nervous. There is no gene for your personality. This concept of "you" is self created based on your own experiences and your reactions to them. 1	How do you start a workplace hookup? As someone who did make the mistake of fishing off the company pier, my recommendation is not to do it. There is an exception. If you work in a very large company (over 1000 people at your location) and the other person doesn't work in a department closely linked to yours, you may be ok, but you still need to be careful. The biggest concern with harassment is if one of you is a superior to the other. Definitely stay away from this scenario. It can be difficult to avoid this.
