I never said I cared per se. I think this is a great opportunity to put the wall theory to the test for those who don't believe it's real.

I never said I was worried. I think this is a great opportunity to put the wall theory to the test for those who don't believe it's real. On the Steinem quote from the article, “We should at least have a word for sex that is mutual and pleasurable and not about domination, pain, violence, humiliation and so on,” she does realize we already have a word, right? It's called "sex".

I think we can be confident that socialism and the degree of government interference in people's lives would be nowhere near the power it has now is society I'm not that confident. I do agree the involvement, to what ever degree it would be, would likely have a different character to it though. would have won by a landslide if only men voted. While I do agree such a landslide would have occurred if the right to vote were confined to men immediately after the Democratic convention, for analysis p…

I work with one. He/she is quite happy with the choice. Most of his/her family took his/her transition well; a few did not. Not something I would want to go thru, though.

After that, spiralling government debt, ever more left-wing governments, and ever more government interference in people's lives became inevitable. The progressive movement started long before the 19th amendment was adopted. Those changes would have likely happened anyway.

No, the official definition still does not include that. It's strictly rooted in consent, which can only be withdrawn before or during but not after. The California "yes means yes" laws say otherwise. According to the higher education regulations in California consent can be revoked "at any time" and do not exclude revocation after the fact.

Father of a daughter here. We have an open enough relationship, if she banged anyone anywhere, she'd tell me. (Mom is stereotypical Catholic. They don't "mesh" well on this point.) I have been her guide on handling boyfriends, guy's at parties, etc. She feels far safer opening up to me about these things than with her mother. I told her, if she is going to do so, let me know so I can ensure her privacy. Surprise, surprise, she's never "cashed in" that "chit". I've taught her to be responsible an…

I hadn't heard of this one before. I'm definitely going to try it. Bravo!

I don't understand the sentence structure. Can you clarify?

The only "extreme feminist" parts are the wage gap bit and the Clinton apologist bit. Everything else is a question of fact. Except that "broke the tv" part. I don't understand what that means.

Funny you say that. I was thinking she might be PMS-ing. Now is about the right time for it.

I believe this is "normal" and that a woman who has accepted her man as her Captain will begin to behave this way. This was my initial thought. Thanks!

Own your shit. Hard to do in this case since I was originally at work at the time. I would agree under probably any other circumstance, though.

Good to know, thanks. I told her I would talk with some experts on the issue today and she seemed relatively satisfied.

Not a problem, per se. I just want to make sure this sort of change is what I should expect. Thanks for the tip about MRP.

<nods with understanding> What about anti-feminist? I know a number of female celebs have said, "Yeah, no. Not a feminist."

Regardless of how I feel about the frustrations you list or the accusations levied in recent days, I cannot bring myself to support someone whose very soul seems broken. While she is wrong about so many things to such a large degree, his lack of basic integrity, competence, and fundamental grip on reality precludes him from my consideration. She is my last choice for president; he is no choice. Align with him and I feel you will destroy all for which we have struggled in taking the red pill. I a…

While you're not entirely wrong, I think it's entirely fair to think of her as at least a slight competitor because, at the least, I am a competitor in her mind for the position of dominant partner. I will think about what you said, though.

Huhn, then why is it advised in the "12 Stages of Dread"? One of those "not necessarily applies to you but if it does, great" sort of books?

Who said he'd have contempt for OP? If the guy's that big of a douche word'll spread and he'll be treated accordingly. As far as how helping a stranger can help you, research game theory; one of its recently conclusions is cooperation tends to help more than not.

Here's how I see it: as long as you help this guy knowing you get nothing out of it directly, you build goodwill and making yourself a bit more alpha relative to him because, in his head, he'll "owe" you. He might prove to be ungrateful, true, and in that case you can drop him like a hot rock because you didn't have to help him and here he is treating you like trash. If he does prove grateful you can then lead him a bit and, if he is of high SMV, women will see you, his leader, as having a highe…
