I would recommend start meditating every day, regular exercise will help you feel better, stay away from drinking and drugs. Find a hobby like wood working, a sport or hiking. What ever suits you. if you’re not seeing any improvement i’d advise getting therapy

My advice would be to do what the police do and keep a detailed log of encounters and conversations. I’d also research what kind of evidence is admissible in court or military law. Perhaps even talking to the MP’s if you know any that aren’t PC white knights about how to protect yourself.
