Yes, both of those options work just fine. As does the obvious "don't go to an establishment I am not dressed appropriately for". They can cycle on public roads all they want, that does not give them some sort of inalienable right to rub their sweaty junk all over someone's hotel. Do you seriously not realize there's tons of businesses with dress codes? You've heard of a fine dining restaurant right?

Well there is, because that goes against freedom of expression and they're dictating what clothes you can and can't wear No, they are dictating what clothes you can't wear on their property. If you want to wear lycra shorts, you are still free to do so. Just not on their property.
