They're just missing the life experience to make such far-reaching decisions in my opinion. This isn't 1980 when these laws started being passed all over the world. Every person in the world now has a camera on them 24/7 and they film themselves doing everything. The "explosion" in "child pornography" that these LEA morons talk about is precisely from this documentation of normal everyday activity, not secret underworld child rape studios. But they will never tell you this and it is illegal for …

Which makes him the bad guy for having sex with someone who wanted to have sex with him. Which is what feminists want everyone to believe anyway. Women having sex is empowering but men having sex is, at the least, oppression, if not rape.

Yes, it is so frustrating to encounter "conservatives" who are all in on the draconian extension of state power these laws have effectuated and also do not see that they are siding with feminists to outlaw every natural male impulse by conflating "children" with fertile young women.

Men are bad. Men who have sex with women are very bad. (But women who fuck everyone that moves are empowered and anyone who says otherwise is a slut-shaming misogynist.) Men who have sex with the youngest hottest legal pussy are ultra bad perverted monsters who should be locked in cages. (But those same girls should have access to free contraception and abortions.) To the extent men are allowed to want sex, it is only with fat (real) women past their peak fertility.

These poor little baby-wabies don't know any better than to shoot at someone with a .50 caliber pistol. It's not their fault because nothing is their fault. It's always the man's fault.

The courts have established the sex was legal and that they both recorded, possessed, and distributed child pornography. These are all strict liability offenses. Where are her charges?

The girl also recorded their activity, possessed the depictions, and distributed them to the man. If this is a strict liability offense, where are her production, possession, and distribution charges?

Yep. And she also sent videos to him as they variously used each other's phones to memorialize their trysts then forwarded to each other afterward. They didn't even share them with anyone else, they were only sent to each other.

If I read the article correctly, the man sent the child a recording of the sex act, they didn't both send each other videos. They both sent each other videos: https://www.leagle.com/decision/infdco20171003c91 The article just left that out to absolve the poor baby and ensure no one would ask why she wasn't charged for the same actions. He wasn't charged with statutory rape and all of the rulings indicate it was legal sex.

Do you support different ages of consent for males and females? If females have to be more protected because of their vaginas, why not make it illegal for them to have sex without proof that they clearly understand the consequences and are only engaging in the activity with a male capable of financially supporting them and their offspring?

obviously clearly A nice shortcut to never have to undertake developing arguments to support your conclusions. Everything is just self-evident!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
