Own Your Shit Weekly - August 11, 2020/u/Tyred_Biggums sorry for the late reply. Also check out Celiac. Causes similar symptoms and also no nutrition is absorbed. If you are going to get a Celiac test you must be eating gluten, so don't go gluten free until after the test. I just went through all this earlier this year. Good luck. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 18/08/20 07:00 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - June 30, 2020Thank you for your time and response. After mentally creating a list of reasons (excuses) as to why it wasn’t willpower but external circumstances that prevented me from staying consistent, I must agree with your assessment. In general, I do well with the “I WILL” and “I WON’T” types of willpower but am constantly changing my focus and becoming distracted by other goals. Or I will change my approach to the same goals to scratch that same itch. I will also get back into meditating daily as I see … | /r/MarriedRedPill | 03/07/20 11:03 PM

Own Your Shit Weekly - January 07, 2020OYS #2 (OYS1) Health/Fitness: My gut has been just horrible the past week. Worse than it ever has been and basically derailed most of my plans for personal development, especially fitness as I am constantly tired and who wants to lift and have to worry about their gut? At first I suspected a virus, but now suspect a food allergy/intolerance. Celiac runs in my family, so this is a likely culprit. It is stressful to have a gut issue and also to always be focusing on it instead of what I want to fo… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 07/01/20 03:55 PM

Own Your Shit Weekly - March 06, 2018Good observation. I take care of what needs to be done, but what I'm doing is keeping the ship afloat, not steering it towards my destination (mission). These are two completely different ways to live. I wanted to write excuses for this behavior, but instead I'll grow a pair and figure this out for a future OYS post. I listed the sidebar books I've read at the top of the post. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 07/03/18 11:25 PM

Own Your Shit Weekly - March 06, 2018Having time to practice edging is a current issue (never had a problem finding time as a teen, but that probably led to these issues.... ironic, no?!). I will need to be more conscious of my breath. It doesn't seem like I can stay in one position long enough to have it be satisfactory to us both before I'd be changing to another. Will try to incorporate this more, or start in different positions though. Thanks for the support! | /r/MarriedRedPill | 06/03/18 08:51 PM

HRT how toI also recommend naturopathic doctors. They do a lot more work with the full range of hormones than a GP. Often they recommend supplements first, but mine was open to TRT assuming we can't raise my levels with supplements. Also, check out /r/Testosterone/ as it is geared toward TRT therapy, not steroid use for lifting. | /r/askMRP | 11/02/18 03:23 PM
