I have a bottle right next my bed. I try not to over use it but yeah. I'm on a strict work out and 'eating right' program the last two months. I've seen very good results but feel like I'd be doing a lot better if I could just get that extra 2 hours. Sleep study and food allergy are both things I haven't tried. I'm 30 and just assume I have no food allergies, probably a good idea to find out. Thanks for the tips.
