6	got put inside the crazy house (mental ward) I am no expert but from what I have heard and read on mental wards, it is best to cooperate and agree with staff. It is the fastest way out. If they say you are insane/suicidal, pretend to agree. If you do not want to take the pills, find a way of disposing them in a toilet or other safe place when staff is not around. 2	What are you reasons to work out? It feels good and its healthy. My mood is better for the rest of the day after a good workout.
