Probably. Costa Ricans have a healthcare system that better protects their poor than Americans do, so even Costa Rica which is not a high-income nation, has a higher life expectancy than the US: https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.1521917112. When it's that bad, yeah, you should probably make radical changes.

Black Americans have the lowest life expectancy of any Americans... this is cognitive dissonance/c_pe, but I understand. It's not an easy thing to accept that you would likely live a longer and healthier life even in a black-majority country like Martinique than the US. It can't be easy, and knowing your background, I do understand and I can empathize.

I mean, the median life expectancy of the world is 72.6, Hong Kong's is 85. The median for the most industrialized nations is 81. America's is 4-5 years below first-world countries as a median. Largely because so many people there that die young and in middle age. Excerpt from the viral Atlantic piece: "But in 2021, young white Americans still died at three times the rate of the average resident of other peer nations, while young Black and Indigenous Americans died at rates five- and eightfold h…

I was born and raised in Canada. Today about 60% of my extended family lives in the US. There are huuuge chasms culturally between the two countries, it's especially noticeable as a black/multiracial family. I'm literally thankful everyday of my life that I did not grow up black in the United States.

The life expectancy in America is 79. Incorrect. Or if you prefer the CDC, still incorrect: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/life-expectancy.htm

And for me personally I don't care about any of the stuff you listed especially the military, I'd rather live in a country that doesn't have an early death crisis: https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2022/07/us-life-span-mortality-rates/670591/ and doesn't kill women for no reason.

Lol preposterous, you're the only who cherry-picked the literal only western nation with an abortion ban as an example that having abortion bans is not a third-world practise.

America has a second-world life expectancy on par with other second-world countries like Poland and Russia, so their abortion laws make logically consistent sense in a way. In terms of median life expectancy, America's is closer to Mexico's than the most industrialized nations of the world. There is a sort of logic there tbh. The only states with first-world life expectancies of 80 or above are all blue states. Developing country values, developing country maternal mortality rates and laws. That…

I mean, it's literally the only country in the world with a first-world life expectancy of 80 or above that bans abortion. Yeah, as a woman, I connect quality of life to how many women a country allows to die early for no good reason lol, what's wrong with that? What's wrong with a generalized statement when the median life expectancy of a nation with abortion bans is around 73 e.g. third-world countries?

By the way you should be aware that in all places that supposedly don't punish in cases where the life of the mother is at risk, in practise, doctors will let the woman bleed out and naturally expel rather than risk liability in breaking the law, and women become more likely to die. The United States is no exception: https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2022/07/abortion-ban-life-of-the-mother-exception/670582/ It's why even Northern Ireland decided to make abortion legal, because women with…

https://reproductiverights.org/maps/worlds-abortion-laws/ I'm not acting like, I'm referencing documented fact. "Mexico is more comparable to us as it doesn't punish it in case where the life of the mother is threatened and is different based on the state." That's what I said. America is more like Mexico than Europe or a first-world country on abortion.

"They prefer men who are emotionally available, good communicators, and share similar values." This is not blackpill. Men have control over whether they are easy to talk to, emotionally open, don't have retarded political views, these are all things that women vet men for when looking for a LTR.

That's actually the exact opposite of true, there is like only one country in western Europe that doesn't permit first-trimester abortion. There are no first-world countries outside of Malta that have the retarded Texas "heartbeat law" banning it at six weeks with no exceptions for rape or molested little girls. That's literally third-world country shit, El Salvador's law, and to make abortion regional instead of national is the Mexican model.

I mean it's rich coming from someone who is open about their hypocrisy, claiming not wanting to get married is a positive thing to promote, but only if you're a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/22 07:03 PM

Men and women both have their reasons for avoiding marriage and they are all valid reasons. Women are not idiots for not wanting to get married in this day and age, given all the data we have about what happened to women who took a chance and rolled the dice on leave it to beaver lifestyle. We can see how that worked out for them. It's called observing your elders. It's called proper risk assessment.

Men do NOT make enough more money to pay alimony in 90% of marriages, the wage disparity is not large and the amount a woman receives in child support is extremely small, especially relative to modern-day costs of living. Perhaps there was a time when the risk was more worth it, but that day sure ain't today.

So the assets are only his even though the female workforce participation rate is anywhere from 68-82% depending on the country? Apparently only men's jobs count and women paying towards a mortgage are just what, picking their ass? When a large percentage of men think this exact way and do not give women credit for anything that they do or risk, what is the benefit to the woman in marrying them?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/22 05:58 PM
1

No, you are under the impression women get rich from divorce when they actually end up living in poverty, per every study ever done on the issue. Poverty is not a benefit to women, and that is what happens to women who get married if it doesn't work out. Not worth the risk for 99% of women, but keep focusing on that 1%.

The average child support payment is $500 a month that's not going to cover a mortgage and women need more housing when they have custody of the kids. Women are idiots for not wanting an institution that actively benefits them in every way possible. Except to follow this logic requires us to shut our eyes to actual reality which shows that divorced women fare worse than never-married women across all metrics. So, you're right as long as we ignore the real world and follow your theory instead. I don't think women who don't want to get married are the idiots here.

No, its not the dishes This has nothing to do with actual divorce though. Technically childless couples report the highest marital satisfaction ratings, which doesn't translate to lower divorce risk (although if you live in England, it also doesn't translate to higher divorce risk). Sexual desire isn't the main impetus for marital intactness. I'd wager from the husband's side it's actually often just free surrogacy, childcare, cooking and maid service.

The difference in divorce initiation is 40% Where is that? In America, 69% of divorces are initated by women, down from 80% in the 80s, men are increasingly likely to abandon their aging wives in all countries. And the disparity in infidelity risk grows larger as the woman ages as well. It's only a 7% difference if we exclude the highest-risk group of men.

There isn't any mechanism of divorce that hinders women economically. Just lol. It's 20% vs 13% a disparity that greatly carries with age, being pretty much equal in modern couples. Okay, so they are more than 30% likelier to cheat, noted. Except there is no evidence of that. How does the UK not have no-fault divorce? No, it doesn't. Men and women have pretty similar cheating rates. Actually, men cheat about 30% more: https://www.theatlantic.com/national/archive/2013/07/wives-cheating-vs-men/313704/ In the ethnic groups with the highest divorce rates, the disparity (of men cheating more) is even greater.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/22 01:10 AM

That's just divorced from reality. There is no life expectancy difference between never-married women and married women. It is men who see a life expectancy advantage from getting married. Women see more housework from getting married: https://www.newsweek.com/study-boyfriends-outdo-husbands-housework-100089
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/22 01:06 AM

Not worldwide, in the UK men file about 40% of the time and that number has been increasing overtime: https://www.bbc.com/worklife/article/20220511-why-women-file-for-divorce-more-than-men When you look at who initiates the majority of extramarital affairs, it makes sense who initiates most divorces. /r/PurplePillDebate10/08/22 01:02 AM

I just spoke to someone who invented his own alternative facts about the divorce rate increasing when it has been doing the opposite. The current state of marriage has nothing to do with it. They're just excuses. If you wouldn't get married unless the divorce rate was -4 and the bride was barely legal, you don't want to get married. Just own it. Wives are going to age regardless and you're not okay with that. So don't get married. Why does your not being okay with permanent monogamy and an aging…

/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/22 12:07 AM

I mean, it's all over the place though how are they winning the argument? Marriage is bad and people shouldn't get married because divorce happens but people not getting married in huge numbers is a huge problem? That's not how you win an argument, lol
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 11:54 PM

Ahhh yes okay that definitely explains it.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 11:45 PM

The numbers are literally there in the pdf. It's an 18% decline in divorce between 2006 and 2018, and it's attributed to the people marrying being more likely to be college-educated, and a rising age at first marriage (studies show the rate is lowest in America if you marry between 28 and 32). Just admit that you can't accept being wrong and go.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 11:18 PM

And I support that. I find that a lot of men who aren't suited to monogamy and can't love a woman who ages try and go back and rationalize why no one should get married, when the reality is that they just shouldn't. There's nothing wrong with people single, monogamy isn't for everybody, not everyone can truly love another person and be vulnerable in that way either. I'd much rather people who should be single stay single, people who should cohabit cohabit, and people who truly believe in marriag…

And for the record I support the millennial trend towards low marriage rates. I think they go hand-in-hand with declining divorce rates. Way too many unsuitable people got married in the past.

By linking to the statistical data that proves that by comparing the risk of divorce at the exact same marital length for both cohorts. If divorce risk is highest in the first 4-8 years (which statistically it is in America; this varies for other nations, however), and the divorce rate in those earliest years are highly predictive of the 40-year-rate, which it is, even if there is a spike later, if you're coming from substantially lower rates, then the ultimate divorce rate is lower. I guess you…

I was aware of this data before coming into this conversation, that's why it's so easy to counter your false assertions with the data. I'm obviously more informed about this topic than you are. Yes, and I don't see how that's relevant. Those who are getting married are not more likely to be divorced, which is what you incorrectly stated. Those who are not comfortable with the risk of divorce are opting to not get married. Both trends are exactly as it should be.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/22 10:50 PM

That's not the same thing as comparing the actual couples who got married directly though, which is what my studies show. The divorce rate remains highest for the boomers, those are not new marriages for the most part. Also, it is behind a paywall.

Best you can do is tell the next woman what to look out for. Right. And I do, but I wonder if red pill men realize that they are also doing that and in some cases turning women off of serious relationships with men or marriage altogether. I mean, they claim to be anti-marriage so maybe this is their intended goal is to make men as a whole look unappealing to marry so women do not look for that white picket fence. Every divorced or separated man I know has the kids a few nights a week or on the weekends, and that is their preference so it doesn't impact their careers. My question for you is by having zero empathy for the women who got screwed by taking up in a serious relationship (marriage, kids, or both), what incentive do you provide for the next generation of young single women to take the same chance on a guy? Do men even think about these things when they're opening their mouths and shitting on women who've been hurt by men? All you're teaching them is that men are never held accountable for anything, so be very wary of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/22 02:34 PM
1

Men have the same concerns but that doesn’t stop them Right, because they have higher sex drives and a lot less to lose. After a divorce they don't have to deal with full custody and their incomes bounce back after five years. For women it never recovers. Plus, men don't have to give birth, and their RMV is not as damaged by divorce they are more likely to find another partner. When you have substantially less to lose of course you're going to be more likely to go for it.

Or maybe they just don't think they're psychic? Like, it's very clear that if the man misbehaves, they will be blamed for his behaviour and she will have to choose between emotional abuse and poverty/single parenthood. Poland has a life expectancy of 77, that of a second-world country. They probably simply do not count the suicides of women experiencing unwanted pregnancies among their maternal mortality rate. Their suicide rate is quite high and rising. Interesting fact about Malta, but given the contempt for women shown by their government, I certainly do not blame the women there for being in the top 3 lowest fertility countries in the world.

Are you my bf? Only reason I think maybe you don't is because he had other reasons as well for wanting to wait a bit. After too many failed attempts at a relationship where they had sex within the first two dates, he'd just grown weary of it and thought it might be wise to wait a bit to make sure we really liked each other first. The reasons here make perfect sense too though, and he's also childfree.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/22 11:21 AM

Length of life isn't the only possible measure of a life well lived. If your median life expectancy is low it means a lot of people are dying young and in middle age. A 50-year-old dying of alcoholism or opioids or a 21-year-old getting murdered by a gun did not have "a life well lived" this comment is industrial-grade copium, lmfao.

The red pillers want to talk about "the true nature of women" but will only talk about their own true nature when they're trying to justify why they deserve to be able to cheat on the mothers of their children, why it's their birthright as men, especially once their wives have "hit the wall." However, if you as a woman agree with them about "their true nature" and decide that women should stop getting married to or having kids with them then, or should just live it up in their prime and focus on…

This strikes me as revisionist history. The sexes were not really allowed to socialize together as recently as the 40s and 50s. It was taboo. A man might approach a girl who was with her female friends and try to start something, and they would arrange to meet up either in secret or he would come to her home and ask to speak with her father before taking her out. Men and women socializing together wasn't really a norm until after the 1960s sexual revolution.

People that are so blinded by gender based hate are a danger to others regardless of their sex. Yet we still see no radfem school shooters. Based on your sex but also your words. To whom exactly? I'm a woman. Statistically speaking your wife is at far greater risk having you in the house than she is from a random woman, and I think the fact that you'd choose to save her only until the kid can walk to the fridge and get its own food only affirms that lol

The only true way to see is over a lifetime and that isn't how data works. That's true. Gray divorce is a huge thing. It's actually not, the numbers remain small but as ever, it's the boomers driving the numbers, they were lower for the Silents who are now dying off, and are lower also for the Gen X'ers immediately behind them. Boomers love their divorce, lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 03:34 PM
1

That's really sad. Tbh, I've only ever seen divorced men fare well (they are more likely to remarry for example), so I just didn't see the risk. Especially when studies show that their poverty after divorce goes away after 5 years but for divorced women it's chronic/permanent, their career never got back on track once they had kids and those don't stop existing just because they now are divorced. So it didn't look very high-risk to me, but that's not taking into account the social aspect you tou…

Also, divorce is trending lower here because marriage is. The less marriages there are the less divorces there naturally are. No, that's not the reason. The 10-year divorce rate and the 20-year divorce rate is trending lower for those who got married, it's the percentage from the people who got married where it's declining. Which is because of self-selection; the people who shouldn't get married are selecting out of it, naturally. That's not a bad thing. That's why I'm telling OP to just not bot…

I'm not trying to convince you to get married. I'm personally common-law. And to me that is an acceptable level of risk to undertake when the potential reward is a lifelong bond and true happiness. But I wouldn't give up my job or ruin my life and body risking poverty birthing and raising kids for a guy with odds like that, absolutely not. Men don't sacrifice their career or bodies so not really sure what they are risking tbh. But you do you.

I don't disagree. But still it's an overall minority, 40% of marriages end in divorce here, but that's all marriages, not just first marriages. In America I believe it's only 60% of first marriages that succeed and then it's lower for subsequent marriages, although that was the 40-year rate for the boomers and divorce has been trending lower for Gen X and millennials.

The only reason the idea of kids sounds so awesome to you is because you're a man and you get all the fun parts with none of the responsibility: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/09/190923155026.htm. Yes, I agree. I have always felt deep down that breeder m*n don't really love their wives and are just using them for the eggs and free childcare, so it's really satisfying to see a man admit this. It's the only thing that explains their actual behaviour.

I don't think it's that rare. I think it's fairly typical for couples with 0 kids to have our dynamic. I'm pink-pilled because I think moms aren't getting the same deal I am, and like it or not, the data also shows this. The bias against mothers is huge, they literally exist just to get shit on by everyone from single men to employers and their husbands cheat on them more often too. She's happy now but just wait until the kids come along with this guy.

Based on what metric? Spending power decreasing? Wages stagnating? Inflation? Or are you saying compared to women? I think currently men are still the majority of highest earners in households. They are contributing I think about 60% of the household income because women are also very likely to be full-time earners as well now. It wasn't about parenthood for me, as I've always been childfree. It was about the behaviour of the man towards the woman in a relationship itself. There are lots of really bad intact marriages as it is where the woman stays together for the kids. If she couldn't even bear to do that, the guy was supremo garbage, or he abandoned the mother of his children (see: Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr). I did date a guy from a divorced home when I was 21, it was my first foray into online dating, but when …
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/22 05:01 PM

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. It may disgust me viscerally but it would be hypocritical of me to openly judge the guys saying that. The problem for me is that divorces are almost always caused by the man being a POS, and it's a question of nature/nurture. Our money situation has recently changed (just in 2022) because I am attempting to save while also having currently high expenses for a number of reasons (having to pay my driving instructor ahead of my road test, having to purchase a new wardrobe of pants because I lost 26 pounds and my old pants no longer fit are two examples), so I am recently broke, and he recently (just in 2022) became a much higher earner thanks to bonuses, so while I am still fighting tooth and nail to keep things 50/50 l…

I missed that post, but it wouldn't have been right for me to comment because while my SO is a victim of SA (by both a female and later a male) and it was not a dealbreaker for me when he revealed early on the SA that happened at the hands of a female when he was 14, I wouldn't date a guy who came from a divorced or broken home, which is also something outside of the person's control, so it would be hypocritical for me to comment on this even though my visceral reaction to men saying that and th…

No. High-N and promiscuous are not necessarily the same thing, they were always boyfriends, he's just the one where we never broke up. The trajectory was no different, only real difference is we got along really well from the jump and he remained the same person so we continued getting along, instead of him hiding a temper or hygiene issues (happened with two exes) or something where it was eventually the demise of the relationship.

Which is why it is not advice, once again. Just because a woman is stating an opinion here does not automatically designate it as advice. There seems to be a problem among some of the men here with emotional intelligence, or perhaps it's the medium, I don't know.

The numbers are from the General Social Survey, it is literally the same source as this one: https://ifstudies.org/blog/more-faith-less-sex-why-are-so-many-unmarried-young-adults-not-having-sex that you disputed because it showed women's number was higher in another year.

They will date and get older and a vast majority will find someone eventually and settle down, and then 1 in 3 of the fathers and 1 in 6 of the non-fathers will cheat. Same as it ever was, really. I said 73% of men over the age of 30 are in relationships, and it's right there in the link. I cannot be responsible for your reading comprehension issues. A majority of people eventually form relationships, and of that majority, men are more likely to struggle with monogamy. The current system IS monogamy. 73% of men 30 and above are in relationships, so even that is objectively wrong. Like, we are never going to have a society where everyone is taken. What we have is a society where most people are, and here still, 1 in every 3 fathers cheats on the mother of their child. Perhaps it's actually that the current system of monogamy doesn't work for the majority of people, particularly men.

73% of US men over 30 are in a relationship with someone, how much more monogamy do we need? That's not widespread enough? Considering the rate of infidelity, why the assumption that every male is even well-suited for that? It's obviously not the case.

This was both thought-provoking as well as very sad to think about. I want to believe we can dismantle the systems that stigmatize normal and healthy behaviour in males, and the looking down on anything that could be perceived as feminine as being a bad thing, but I am really not an optimist, I don't see fundamental or structural changes happening in society because my fear is that all of this bigotry has a biological component, I don't have a lot of affection for raw human nature.

I don't doubt that it was more common in Hefner's time (he's been dead for 10 years and he wasn't young when he died), but if age gaps have reduced in marriages among even the famous, are there primarily social reasons for it or are the women adjacent to these men just staying hotter for longer nowadays? Fwiw, Bezos is divorced and Sanchez is in fact the exact same age as his ex-wife. It's also Affleck's second marriage.

All the studies and as the red pillers are constantly reminding us, seem to say that men want younger, even much younger, women. So why does it seem like most of the most-famous men just leverage their fame to attract the most attractive women in their own age group that exist? Is it a fear of social sanctions or do men really not care as long as the woman is hot? Or is it just the marriage of like intellectual compatibility/stuff in common with attraction? Or is it a status thing? Like there is…

To play Devil's Advocate here, does everyone's opinion inherently have value? Does a black person, to give an example, need to have their views and perceptions of slavery being bad regularly challenged, are they stagnating in growth if they refuse to listen to a lecture about why slavery is natural and morally neutral? This argument lies on the fundamental premise that all views have ineherently equal weight, or that exposure to certain views cannot be psychologically harmful and inhibiting to a…

Q4All: Do you think having safe spaces (or echo chambers depending on where you stand on the issue of soft segregation) where people can "vent" their frustrations about any particular group can be ultimately cathartic and healthy, or unhealthy and amplifies hate? You implied that two men affectionately kissing each other is both "feminizing" (and why is femininity a bad thing, by the way? Let's unpack that too), and that any lack of stigma against it displayed by any individual or culture is part of some weird conspiracy. That you lack the courage to concede both facts is a pretty good demonstration of why I am not attracted to men who display toxic masculinity. For one thing, I like honesty in a man.

Okay, well I don't really see how passing laws that incentivize young women to flee a state and commit suicide in larger numbers is "solving problems" for men, unless we can consider that a more male-skewing gender ratio is considered helping them not be tossed aside. So if you are a Texas resident, you may not live in sausageland, but your son most likely will.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 02:17 PM
2

I am not familiar with the RW. But I'm talking about what will happen as a result of these laws. Women don't have to stay where their lives are in danger. The entire premise of your argument is that women have to stay and put up with these men. They actually do not. There will always be men who are not psychopaths that women will gravitate towards. And that includes physical proximity, moving to where they live.

/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 01:54 PM
6

Nah, that's a subset of men (conservatives) who deserve to be tossed aside. Given that young women are more likely to leave the state for university now than before and statistical data from El Salvador shows that teen girls became more likely to commit suicide when the same law was passed, they will find themselves increasingly in a sausagefest. Some men are not smart enough to figure out that every patriarchy on earth that oppresses women is a sausagefest. They earned their fate.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 01:44 PM

Okay but in fairness, that's appalling when it's said to women and it's also appalling when it's said to men. Expecting adults to remain celibate from puberty through menopause in women's case or their entire lives in men's case even when in the midst of a relationship is not exactly humane or compassionate. Anyone saying this does not have the moral high ground.

Where did I state that the women couldn't be at fault? Normally in the breakdown of a relationship, both parties are at fault and those who are emotionally mature can recognize their part in the relationship failure, even if it's just red flags signalling incompatibility that they chose to overlook in the beginning. A person stating that they are totally blameless victims in the breakdown of every one of their relationships is themselves exhibiting a red flag.

What seems likelier: that your friend needs therapy so he can cultivate healthier relationships and make better mate selection choices, or that you know everything about his interior life and it's all 100 million women in a nation who are the problem, and he is perfect? Perhaps a little humility would not go amiss for yourself as well, sir. Have a lovely day.

Only children are statistically likelier to be childfree; they're unlikely to be deterred by the prospect of unlimited freedom.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 04:57 PM

You do realize you're only getting your friend's side of the story, right? His past partners may have some choice words for his behaviour as well, they may also see him as being entitled, for example. Ultimately, if someone genuinely believes they are perfect, never at fault, and require no improvement, arguing the point with them is futile and unlikely to change their view of the matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 04:56 PM

If he's incapable of taking any ownership for his mate selection choices and critically examining them (most people have a type), then maybe he should be single until he's willing to do the self-work. Everything you listed is external, but it sounds like his internal life is a mess. Also, one can't just assume that unmarried or childless automatically equals unhappy. 27% of Michigan adults state that they don't want kids, for example.

Honestly, I used to read the Savage Love column from Dan Savage, and he was a big proponent of "monogamish" relationships, and he would come up against this problem with his readers time and time again, in various scenarios it just kept happening, too many couldn't overcome the feeling that their relationship had been tainted and was worthless, and he would just try and lecture them out of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 04:32 PM

I mean, I gotta be honest: I fail to see the issue with a guy who is too lazy to put effort into being romantic and winning a woman over removing himself from the dating pool altogether. I actually think that means it's working.

I think the vast majority of these couples who swing just for sexual novelty will end up splitting up anyway, largely for spiritual reasons. They want the purity of romance back. Deep down, in the very back of their minds, they feel their love has been "tainted" and soiled once they've crossed that line, and in the end they go searching for a new partner and relationship that is pure and untainted by the stain of infidelity (even if sanctioned). They go in search of a fresh start, because a rela…

Most former junkies eventually relapse, I think it's the same thing with being a double-standards-holding misogynist. Like, the woman who forgives such a man can't be surprised when he cheats and thinks it's his right to do so because he was born with a penis, or even blames her.

I mean, could he really keep up the ruse doing the exact opposite of what TRP says for years??

plus let's be real Elvis was an outlier, I mean no homo but you see how handsome that dude was in his prime? 😂😂😂 I mean, that's legit he was handsome af XD I just find it curious because TRP guys are obsessed with young women at peak fertility (that's why they invented the concept of the wall), yet they are telling men to embody what women who are passed that are more likely to prefer than the younger women. It's almost like they are making a concerted effort to keep young men single and watchin…

"He knew Elvis was destined for stardom. And we like to take credit for the black and pink look he wore. Back then, young men did not wear pink. If they did, they were thought of as being too feminine. And of course, everybody wanted to beat Elvis up because he looked a little bit feminine for that time, and he was taking everyone’s girlfriends away! But Elvis was determined to stand out. He knew what he was doing." https://nypost.com/2022/07/20/elvis-presley-became-a-rock-n-roll-icon-with-the-h…

I think this is bang-on. Immigrant/second-gen/minority women want western, egalitarian, non-misogynistic men, and their male counterparts double down on their entitlement and being the opposite, which makes them repulsive to "their" women. Some portion of the women will pursue more western men, and some portion will exit the dating market altogether in retaliation, and you end up with a stalemate. Then these men head to reddit and the incel sites to whine.

The reality is almost all guys are like you at your age, but then many later get mad that all the single women have been "despoiled" by men like yourself and/or just aren't that interested in settling down after having dealt with men like you when they were younger. It's like a snowball leading to more people living the single life forever, law of unintended consequences.

I would be interested to know which society historically men did not eventually seek to destroy. None such society has ever existed. Upheaval, misery, destruction, and violence is the default state of the human species, as you yourself eluded to, but insist on its perpetuity for reasons of base and primal instinct. All you're really hoping to do is defer the inevitable upheaval by a generation so that you do not have to personally bear witness, and you're happy to sacrifice other people's teenag…

Oh, and also: women who perform abortions on themselves are more likely to die in the process than those who have medical assistance, which means fewer childbearing females in said population, also skewing the sex ratio more male. Patriarchy always results in more sausage.

Every society in existence wherein men "impose their will" is rewarded with disproportionately more of that which they value at the expense of half of the human race; more men. Look at the sex ratios in China, India, even in Saudi Arabia which definitely does not have legal abortion, "The sex ratio of the total population was 1.233 (1,233 males per 1,000 females) which is higher than global sex ratio." It turns out women can also impose their will. They can opt out of life (India has the highest…

I am currently in my mid-30s, and when I go clubbing it's with both genders, including my boyfriend of 7 years. I don't get "fucked up," chances are your wife is the one doing so to cope with motherhood, or sorry the "biological imperative" you claim we all have. If that's the case then why is the notion of women diverging so threatening that you would advocate for women's rights to be curtailed? I have a friend who is an attractive teacher and natural ectomorph and hasn't dated since the pandemic started and isn't all that interested. She just turned 33 earlier this month. If suffering defines the human experience then there is really no need for more humans. It's just not necessary. The purpose should be having a decent quality of life, not just simply existing to exist, replicating to replicate. We're not amoeba. If women have to sacrifice quality of life so men and children can thrive, then men and children don't have to be born, and then no one has to suffer.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 02:57 AM

If the world has always been shitty and always will be, then the ones who suffer are the children who are born but didn't need to be. The solution in that case is to not birth them.

I mean, life really is hell for most women on the planet, so I feel that thread 💯 There are like 15 of us who live in western regions where abortion is legal and we opted out of kids that the stats say are really thriving, and all the others are depressed, buried under a pile of laundry and trying to overlook their husband's cheating so they don't end up in section 8 housing alone with their kids.

So your evidence that terrorists are going around calling themselves that and owning it is a 19th-century war where the term they were using was rebel, insisting that this had a negative connotation and that they thought of themselves as terrorists rather than patriots? Your argument is rather unconvincing, to say the least. Yes, you're correct. Hard to be convinced by such a half-hearted and extremely disingenuous argument.

Has anyone ever heard a terrorist refer to themselves as such? Would a radicalized man ever admit it, or even have the self-awareness to recognize that he was? Of course not. To both him and the terrorist, he just has/is just fighting for his beliefs, which he deems objective truths. And no, I can't deprogram redpill men. They have to work hard at it themselves with extensive therapy. A few have been successful, they're documented in r/exredpill. But it's far more common for redpill men to simpl…

A man can have any preference he wants and a woman can have any opinion of that man that she wants. If a woman deduces that such man is a probable misogynist and should be avoided for any romantic or sexual context, or decided to immediately sever any ties should it be revealed that this was his preference or priority, why do men care that any particular woman feels that way?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/22 09:59 AM
3

I mean, no not at all. They don't have to deradicalize and deprogram themselves. Like you said, they can just be alone the rest of their lives never having a successful long-term relationship as most do end up if they don't. That's certainly always an option. Sugar babies aren't gojng away anytime soon and redpilled men keep them employed.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/22 09:56 AM
1

I don't think so. I think they're more likely to be permanent bachelors and end up alone, paying for sugar babies.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/22 09:38 AM

Yes, they either have to join r/exredpill and try and deprogram themselves/deradicalize themselves from the cult, or they accept that they will die alone. The red pill-to-mgtow/incel pipeline is extremely well-documented. Personally, I think 90% of them are ruined for life, it's like joining the Taliban. You wouldn't trust one of those guys to reintegrate into society and the vast majority of the time RP men cannot successfully have a healthy relationship or pairbond with a woman. Damaged goods.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/22 09:29 AM

Okay, and women are in fact less likely to be actively seeking a partner. They are, in fact, less likely to date. So what is the problem? Or is your complaint only about women who come to a debate sub to explain the many reasons women are less likely to seek a partner than the reverse, one of which is that dating is less safe for them? If you don't want to hear women's reasoning, don't come to a debate sub with women in it. Pretty simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/22 09:17 AM
2

And that's why online dating is easier for women. Because of the imbalanced sex ratio that comes from women taking this exact advice and not doing it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/22 09:16 AM
1

They're usually saying and thinking degrading things about women. It's not that women care so much as a tell that the man is undateable and should be avoided outside of strictly professional relationships. Women are just expressing that the man has identified himself as having no romantic value. It's not so much "caring" as expressing their opinions of said man.

I'm not sure how much changed due to that. I was in my second LTR when I got the surgery, which made me look more facially attractive. But I had to move to an urban area in order to find a LTR to begin with, since I'm black and the men in the 'burbs I lived in when I came of age were racist and just used me for sex. Don't think facial surgery would have done much to change that tbh. I became marginally more attractive after the surgery, but the biggest impact was moving to a liberal area from a …

I'm not sure what the point of your question is, other than to prove my point that so-called incels have no sympathy for women whatsoever, so why should we care about their alleged plight (most are racist standards-cels). I mean, point proven, I guess?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/22 12:46 AM

If one is choosing to be single because he doesn't see the benefits in having a wife he has to provide for, then one is voluntarily single, not an incel. As I said before, they choose not to.

I think you'll be hard-pressed to find a black woman who is going to be sympathetic towards a so-called incel male. Most of these guys are openly racist. They only care about their perceived lack of success with Staceys (young thin white women). They have zero ability to sympathize with what some women go through in terms of their treatment from men, and actively blame the woman for being mistreated. Again, nothing to feel sorry for there. If they want success with a specific subset of women, I …
