I don't understand the whole 'the gender wage gap isn't real'. Everyone agrees the gap is real. Its the reasons it exists that is the point of debate. The gap is not real and not everyone agrees. Studies that show a gap such as the one below, do not take into account the number of hours worked. So, a woman who works 15% fewer hours than a man is shown to earn 15% less pay.
