yeah I think it should be changed because you have to know the r/mensrights definition of feminism for it to make sense.

You've misunderstood what I said if you think anything I said there has anything to do with feminism. Oh I guess you're pointing to the bit where I said the man: That's not supposed to mean "males" or anything gendered, I meant it in this sense http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Man edit to those downvoting butyourenice: It would be best if you didn't do that while I'm trying to have a discussion with them. Too many downvotes stops people from being able to post comments without waiting for 5 mins…

why do you care if your anonymous user handle is on a list of members of a community It is stressing me out (anxiety disorder), I know rationally it "doesn't matter" but I don't control what causes my emotions. That's why I tried asking nicely in PM for you to remove it, and again I ask please. you are clearly an active member I don't think so, I only started taking mens rights seriously 7 days ago. the dominant philosophy of which you clearly subscribe to please explain what philosophy you thin…

You don't think there's any other reason to oppose MRA other than on anarchist beliefs? Why do you write MRA instead of r/mensrights? What's the relation between these two things? I've asked for an explanation from your group r/againstmensrights what are the problems with r/mensrights and received no response. Since the things I've observed your group do are banning people, trolling, flaming, posting hit lists, spreading misinformation (see the barrage of submissions advertising the launch of r/…

I think that is a red herring, it's irrelevant whether they are male or female, trans or cis. The reason they are acting in this childish way is because they want to play at being anarchists. As anarchist wannabes they love to play at being the underdog - that's easy enough, you just need to pick something like r/mensrights and claim you're being oppressed by then - they also love feeling like their fighting against the man. That's why they created their subversive underground reddit and used it…

I think the two of you have lost the ability to discuss this rationally to be frank. It looks like both of you have said stuff for the sole reason of offending the other.. obviously neither of you will be able to change each others mind about these issues this way, you'll just end up enemies unable to communicate about it :/

I actually just don't want to hear about it at all, but I know people want to keep posting about it here.. so I tried to think of a compromise.

what do you think about my suggestion?

There has been an awful lot of posts about r/againstmensrights here recently. I think that some people want to hear about it and some don't. That's why I think there should be one designated r/mensrights post for all discussion related to r/againstmensrights. That way, the people who do not want to read about r/againstmensrights can simply "hide" that one post. Those that do could just read the post for updates.

banning from what? You should explain why you're doing this. What do you want to achieve etc. Frankly it seems counterproductive and I'd argue that but my guess is you don't really want to discuss it..

The comment said Free bans ITT why don't you use rational argument to explain what you have against "MRA" instead being immature? but now it has been edited to No platform for misogyny! Please point out instances of misogyny. This is something I am strongly against and you would be doing a worthwhile service to point it out. Banning people from reddits they don't go to is not ending misogyny.

A whole bunch of subreddits advertise (and/or intimidate people from posting here) themselves by randomly banning people that post to r/MensRights, I'm kind of tired of hearing about it.. but on the other hand I feel sorry for people like you that get randomly banned for doing nothing and feel bad about it.

that's bizarre because my experience is that r/MensRights is more supportive of transgender issues that a lot of other reddits.. In any case I question the value of the transphobia project. How is it not just a downvote brigade? edit it says We are not a "downvote brigade." We ask and expect people to exercise the same “redditquette” that they exercise elsewhere. Our goal is to enlighten, not to antagonize. on the subreddit sidebar. So that's a point for them.

Go ahead and ban me. I don't even know that your subreddits exist. If you ban me it just proves you're closed minded and make false assumptions about who I am and what I think. I'll post to r/MensRights if I want to.

I posted a story called "What it's like to be fucked in the ass" that explains what gay sex is like.. that got me banned.. before that he banned me from posting here, but unbanned me shortly after for some reason.. I made a reddit called Rights5Men and banned him from it

OMG WERE STILL TALKING ABOUT THIS? Seriously......... As far as I am concerned if you're spending your time thinking about this skepchick bullshit then all over mens rights issues are solved. Otherwise you'd have something of value to do.

Three years ago my son was accused of rape. He was just 11. The circumstances were that he had been playing dares with a few friends and had jokingly dared another boy to do something. The boy didnt do it and they all carried on playing together for a few hours omitting the central part of the story signals to me that she knows it doesn't sound good. It would really make it much easier to understand the situation if it was clear what they were talking about... Also how can it possibly be rape if…

It's sad that people still don't get this.... I mean how hard is it to just look up a definition? Oh well, people are happy with the stupid false view of anarchism that the capitalists push.
