If you want to jump the gun and go straight to seduction without building attraction... you can try to seduce them by complimenting their looks right off the bat. It goes Attraction ---> Comfort ---> Seduction. You attract by opening, disqualifying, running canned material to spike DHV while subsequently lowering her value.
