Awesome analogy. So true about life-wastage too. My entire 20’s were spent on bread crumbs. Now, in my early thirties, I’m just tired and used up. Ugh

Also, almost equally interesting, is your mention on the correlation to sociopathic traits. Are there studies on this? Or your experience in the field. Super interesting!! Glad to not marry any doctor- I’ve read that infidelity is highest among docs/surgeons/denists/lawyers. Dunno if it’s true, but was supposedly a study. Not saying it’s def true, but interesting nonetheless.

Very interesting!! I didn’t know that pregnant women didn’t see the dr that much, but I was high risk. Stage 4 endometriosis, and deformed uterus. She was truly a miracle. Was at the dr almost weekly. Was never supposed to be able to conceive!

I had told my obgyn (male) “I’m going to have the baby soon- I’ve had contractions in my legs.” He said it’s ‘normal for new mothers to anticipate baby coming early.’ Sent me home. Three days later, was in er.
