The problem seems to be that people, guys in this example, are putting their lustful desires before what is right. I don't know anything at all about asians and dating.

The food you eat, the air you breathe, the water you drink, your parents, your spouse, the trees outside, the wind, space, time, gravity, the heavens (outer space). All of that didn't just magically appear one day. It was created.
But where do you think you even got that moral compass from? It didn't just magically show up at random. You can't rely on yourself, you are a flawed human being just like the other 7 billion on the planet. And the several billion that have lived since.
I would have serious reservations if a woman told me she has had sex with that many different guys. Then again I would really be wondering why she would bother telling such personal info in the first place. Not like it's something anyone else needs to know.
